What stands out so far in Iranâs immediate reactions is that Iranian state TV claimed the nuclear materials and technology had been relocated prior to the American strike. Iâm not sure which entity issued this statement.
Frankly, thatâs a strange position. Countries that want to prevent further strikes donât say such things, they claim everything was destroyed.
If Iran truly did move its nuclear materials and safeguard them in secret locations to allow for the eventual rebuilding of the program, then publicly saying they were untouched makes little sense, unless the aim is to downplay the strikeâs effectiveness to avoid the need for an Iranian retaliation.

Big questions about the bombing of Fordow and what they hit it with, because the B-2's were not yet known to have reached a location from which to hit it with MOPs.
