Humiliation: Israel Tucks Tail After Failing All Objectives in War against Victorious Iran
Yesterday, Iran retaliated for the US ‘strikes’ on its nuclear facilities, concluding the final act of the choreographed play we’ve been witnessing.Simplicius (Simplicius's Garden of Knowledge)

I've always heard conversion meaning uranium oxide solids to uranium fluoride gases, and the reverse process as DEconvesion, but that's semantics.
Iran has a conversion plant in Isfahan, which was heavily damaged in the most recent attacks (edit: Isfahan facilities were heavily damaged, I don't know about the conversion plant itself). So if it was destroyed, it would probably prevent them from converting the gaseous enriched uranium to a solid form.
Much like enrichment plants, conversion plants are very large chemical plants, and I imagine the chance of them having a domestic hidden one to be fairly low.
