Lol to this, because it's partially true, but also a bit defeatist.

You need to stay on top of berry bushes quarterly in warmer zones, but this person is in Minnesota. I don't think they'll thrive their like they would in warmer zones without harsh winters.

If farms can keep them in check, regular gardeners can as well, it just takes a fair amount of effort.

Land acknowledgements are like this: Your parents give you $100k, you ask where it came from and they say "we stole it from Larry's parents, but they're dead now" and then, instead of giving the money to Larry, you spend the money on yourself, but every time you buy something you say "I feel bad about screwing Larry" like that makes you a good person. So I had an eye appointment today. As I'm waiting , this woman comes in with her husband to pick up her new glasses. Can't have the fit checked properly because that would mean taking off, or at the least moving, her hijab. So the woman serving her does the best she can to fit them and tells her to come back if there are issues so they can try again. Husband is also wearing glasses but since he doesn't have to wear any kind of covering I suspect his were fitted correctly the first time around.

Mongabay India won an excellence in audio reporting award recently from the Society of Publishers in Asia (SOPA). The award was for the limited series podcast Wild Frequencies. SOPA, which promotes best practices and excellence in journalism, announced the winners of its 2025 Awards of Editorial Excellence during a ceremony in Hong Kong on June 26. Wild Frequencies, a three-episode series that follows researchers in India studying animal sounds to better understand wildlife, is hosted by Mongabay India’s Kartik Chandramouli and Mongabay’s Shreya Dasgupta. It features sound design and original music by Abhijit Shylanath. Après les lettres envoyées par les avocats de bribri à candace, ça monte encore d'un cran, c'est juste ÉNORME.
Ce dangereux couple est complètement cramé et encore et toujours protégé par le #médiavers français, ses #chiens-de-garde, ses truands et les journalopes officiels....
