Poland doesn't "have to" present agents as an example of resistance to nazi Germany, they have lots of examples of civilian and military resistance against the Nazis. And: SOE agents from the occupied countries (Poland, France, Norway) were certainly examples of exceptionally brave people who on their own initiative risked torture and death to inflict sometimes large damage to the nazi regimes. 1/2

My impression is that people that were frustrated with the lack of organised resistance during and after the german invasion went to the allied country that was easiest to get to and got whatever training they could get there. Thousands of civilians risked their lives to support the work of the SOE agents and many of their actions directly benefitted the civilian population, e.g. blowing up German administrative centers used to force civilians into German labour. La Via Campesina exprime sa solidarité avec l’Unión Indígena Campesina (UIC) et l’Unión Campesina Panameña (UCP), qui se mobilisent actuellement aux côtés d’autres secteurs populaires du Panama pour défendre la souveraineté nationale. Ensemble, ces mouvements dénoncent les violations des droits humains, le non-respect de la Constitution politique de la République, ainsi que la loi controversée 462, qui introduit des réformes majeures du Fonds de sécurité sociale du Panama (CSS).
