I have a special syringe for this. I had impacted ear wax a few years ago and I went to urgent care to get it rinsed. Turns out my other ear was also impacted, just not as bad. After the rinse, I could hear in 3D. I felt like I shouldn't have been allowed to drive home because it felt like I was on acid it was so overwhelming. On the drive home I heard a crappy Honda with a bad exhaust drive by and I was scream-laughing at how visceral it was.

Now I rinse regularly in the shower and don't get to have free acid trips ๐Ÿ™

@verita84 i have personally dealt with trying to do such a thing with some music software on void / alpine.

such issues i've run in to are things like
- we don't like how that project wrote their build scripts, please rewrite upstreams build scripts to appease us
- someone else is already working on that package (hasn't updated in months, no updates on approvals or rejection)
- we don't like the way you marked that CPU as a non-supported target, please change it to a case statement. update: unrelated maintainer doesn't like that you approved the case statement, please rewrite the script to use an if/else*
- no sorry that requires .NET which we will never approve because we don't approve of the bootstrap requirements of the C# compiler

* this is the issue where i started referring to all upstreams as bikeshedders because their change requirements were literally pointless

So flatpaks and snaps get around this by bundling libraries, then what version the system has on it natively becomes irrelevant, but this approach wastes your disk space, creates additional dependencies that can break your system, and defeats the purpose of linux shared libraries wasting memory.

I am mildly amused by this. So Taito made Touhou Spell Bubble, good game, problem being that it is only Touhou content. It probably didn't sell as well as an all rounder rhythm game. So now they're just outright copying and pasting the format they used for Spell Bubble and making it a new IP.
And I do mean copy and paste. The UI is practically the exact same as Spell Bubble's but without the Touhou paint. :cirno_laugh:

The treaty specified the disarmament of EAM-ELAS, which, according to records, surrendered within the next few days or weeks 100 artillery pieces of various types, 81 heavy mortars, 138 light mortars, 419 machine guns, 1,412 submachine guns, 713 automatic rifles, 48,973 rifles and pistols, 57 antitank rifles and 17 radios.

[2]Ultimately, the promises enshrined in the Treaty of Varkiza were not upheld. The main problem was that the treaty gave amnesty only for political reasons, but many of the actions by communists during the Dekemvriana were viewed as nonpolitical. After the signing of the treaty, there was widespread persecution of communists and former EAM members and supporters over the next two years.[4] This period, immediately prior to the outbreak of the Greek Civil War, was known as the White Terror.
