While I was sleeping Pete tore apart the kitchen to see what he could find - nothing. Later I happened to look behind the microwave and there was a package of meat of some sort - hard to tell by this point - that had fallen behind and rotted and dripped down the back of the tool cart that I use for a counter/cupboard space...and at the pool on the floor were too many maggots to count! And so, with that awareness, I always begin our time together praying aloud for the Lord to open all of our minds and hearts as I speak words of encouragement, exhortation, hope and promise.
But – isn’t that what we should all always do whenever we speak – or plan to speak – with someone about the Lord? Shouldn’t we always – even if it’s a quickly breathed prayer – shouldn’t we always ask the Holy Spirit to speak His truths through us? Don’t we know that just because a person has an intact memory doesn’t mean they also have ears to hear and hearts that are soft to God's voice.
And – isn’t that what you and I should always do when we open our Bibles to read? Don’t we want from the Holy Spirit more than mere ‘information’? Don’t we also want from Him ‘revelation’?

Every wall here feels like a pause between thoughts. Every corridor — a passage between layers of the self. This isn’t concrete. It’s an interface of depth.
It gives you that unmistakeable Snickers flavor profile. The "caramel" is gooey.
The nougat is the most different from the original candy bar. That's where the protein resides and it's much chewy-er than the nougat on the original candy bar. It's also more of a peanut butter flavor, than nougat.
But when combined with the chocolate coating, the caramel, and the peanuts, it mimics the flavor profile of the original Snickers bar well...and it feels decadent. Definitely satisfies that Snickers candy bar itch, and your sweet tooth.
Not bad for only 4 grams of sugar. It has 20 grams of protein from whey, caesin and milk. 10g of fat. 6g of fiber. 20 total carbs, 14 net carbs.
I have to try that now. I'm not a fan of the Quest cookies, and a lot of the protein bars are either made out of soy protein nuggets or some kind of overly-thick and chewy center that gets stuck in my teeth.
I like to take protein bars with me when I road trip because I can eat one to satiate hunger without overfilling myself or causing any sort of roadtrip-unfriendly alimentary canal issues. There's usually some hole-in-the-wall restaurant planned into my trip and I don't want to spoil my appetite for that with any kind of greasy pre-packaged snacks.
Yeah, the Quest cookie was less impressive, though not bad. The Peanut Butter is supposed to be the best flavor of theQuest cookies, because Peanut Butter is easy to add straight into a protein bar.
