其实我对当事人的做法是比较反感的，在现实生活中遇到这种风格的人也会尽量远离（指跟比自己大这么多而且品行恶劣的人约炮、不注意保护隐私、抽烟等）。但是，在这场舆论风波中，我发现有大量谣言和已经确定为假的信息在疯狂传播，尤其是还有大量造黄谣的内容。可以说，这些谣言的严重程度已经远远超过最开始的事件本身了。这也是为什么我要做这份整理，试图留下一份正确的历史记忆。
我一向认为“真”是最重要的，实事求是是任何进一步讨论的基础。
这个说法一直在网上传播，却没有任何实证和合理的消息来源。梳理早期舆论，这极可能是来自: 早期用其他女生的视频谣传女方在飞机上邂逅男方 -> 某群体套模板编了个机票还是男朋友买的 -> 以买机票作为有男朋友的依据 -> 连男方在发声明的时候都以为女方在国内被骂是因为有男朋友。
如果没有男朋友也就根本不存在所谓的出轨情节。
这个说法非常荒谬，确定为假。用其他人的身份证开房既不可行也无必要，邀请方应该会给宙斯准备好住宿。“黄婷”这个名字来自早期有人在抖音上开直播冒称当事人及当事人男友，给的名字是“黄婷”。后来其他人挖出来女方真实的名字明明姓李，“黄婷”却被有意演变成了她母亲的名字。
（当时自媒体用的是“大连工业大学女生黄婷”）
男方的回应称not married, not in a relationship。婚姻情况很难公开撒谎，而且男方一直在一路公开嫖娼约炮，所以可以认为属实。如果有女儿，可能是前妻或前女友所生。
巴西牛排出自更早的时候另外一个老外（根据看到的说法是恋童癖、重度黄热病、性变态，还没有查到更完整的信息），在中文互联网上和本次的约炮事件关联在了一起。男方的回应中称have never said Chinese girls are easy。他之前如果说过，很容易被截图留证，所以可以认为属实。
另有一张截图是对男方发布的视频回复（评论）"chinese many easy girl"，用过telegram的都知道，绿色消息框、右侧、已读标志，这是截图者自己的发言。这里还有一个细节，图中是中文“视频”（其实不仅这次，之前有所谓老外说“easy girl”的例子，点进账号都发现是中文使用者）。不管是这尴尬的英语水平，还是用个tg都还要专门装中文语言包，我只想说，学好基础的英语真的很重要。
说起来telegram的这种随拍的圆形短视频甚至没有配文功能，就是按下按钮开始录，松开按钮立刻发送。
纯假，鉴定为某些群体趁机造黄谣发泄兽欲了。有些网站上的视频剪辑进去了一段戴着链子的，是东南亚人，跟本次事件没有任何关系。
多说一句，我认为有这种性癖没有任何问题，但是通过对现实中的人造黄谣来满足自己的性癖就非常下作了。作为正常人，只会因为现实中有人拿这个造黄谣觉得膈应、影响看片兴致了。
基本假。确实有一闪而过的大概1秒，是镜头从下往上扫过然后停留在脸，女方没穿衣服只用手挡着胸。这里并不确定女方是否知道镜头在对着她脚的时候已经开始录了。其他最多就是在床上盖着被子。黄谣里传的后入等内容完全不属实。
纯假，这件事至少在搞出开除的新闻之前，在其他国家毫无热度。
假。没有这种规定，公告格式是各个学校自己定，清华的退学公告就是姓+学号，北邮甚至还有只写学号的。
假。退学公告里面两条理由，第一条用的是“（六）学校规定的不能完成学业、应予退学的其他情形”，这条里面的“（四）未经批准连续两周未参加学校规定的教学活动的”才可能适用于旷课。即使旷课这一说法本身，也缺乏事实支撑，只是部分网友根据需要公告送达作出的推断。逻辑上讲，公告送达只能推断开除后一段时间可能存在旷课，不能说明开除前存在旷课。如果已经大四，甚至可能本身就没什么课需要上了，假如是被家长接回家保护+断网+被开盒手机号被轰炸，也可能出现联系不上。
第二条是该校自己校规里面的“（六）与外国人不正当交往，有损国格、校誉的，视情节给予记过及以上处分”，不用再多说了。顺便一提，这条的上面还有“（二）学习期间发生未婚性行为者，给予记过及以上处分”，李同学同样违反了这条校规。

从能够确认的已知信息来看，这本身只是一起约炮/肏粉事件。但由于双方的国别原因，引起了部分群体的愤怒，于是一环套一环地逐步炮制了飞机上邂逅当晚就上床了、飞机票还是男朋友买的、明知已婚、用母亲的身份证开房、狗链、12国热搜、视频配文easy girl、被称为“巴西牛排”等猎奇、背德、辱华内容，以扩大影响力、激起更大规模人群的愤怒和攻击女性群体。在事情闹大回过味来发现不占理后，又制造了开除是因为旷课、害她的是“支持者”和（反对开除、反对曝光名字的）媒体等说法来挽尊。
当事人被学校开除主要是因为巨大的负面影响，但分析最终造成如此巨大影响的原因，无底线的谣言相比其本人的行为恐怕占了更大的比重。

刚刚过去的端午节，也是我的农历生日——是的我和孟尝君同一天生日。然而就在这天我和家里人互相祝福的时候，还是忍不住劝他们少用“端午安康”这种近些年出现的生造词。
关于“端午安康”这一说法本身，已有不少文章做了详细辨析，不是本文重点，这里只是简要总结：这一说法最早大约出现于2015年，是网络营销号假托“非遗专家”之名声称端午节不能说“快乐”要说“安康”。这种理由实则狗屁不通，一是端午民俗先于屈原投江，是在后来的发展中逐渐合并，二是自古以来端午佳节就洋溢着喜庆氛围，快快乐乐过端午才是中华传统。
尽管如此，在那个虚假信息很容易病毒式传播的年代，这种生造出来的说法很快就广泛传播，甚至在很多正式和官方场合，从此也只见“端午安康”。
文化工作者一定要有文化。
对于端午祝福语的争议，一种常见的表态是息事宁人，“别吵了别吵了，你想说什么都可以”。对于不说“端午安康”的人来说，这像一种防御性的态度：你说不能用“端午快乐”，我说用什么都可以，别争了。对于说“端午安康”的人来说，这更像是一种得了便宜还卖乖：好比一个侵略者占据了别人的地盘，然后还摆出一副占据道德高地的姿态说别打了别打了就这样了。
我的态度则不同，我就是要大大方方、旗帜鲜明地反对“端午安康”这种生造词。
其一，“安康”不管在古汉语还是在现代汉语都不是常用词，更没有作为节日庆祝语的用法。这种生硬的新搭配，是对语言与文化的破坏。
其二，微观角度看，一个人使用什么祝福语属于个人自由，但是宏观角度来看，大规模改变节日祝福语和节日导向就是一种移风易俗。尤其是，如果一部分人群认为只能使用“安康”而另一部分人群认为用什么都可以，最终的结果就是为了追求稳妥，公共领域的表达将全部变成“端午安康”——这种现象其实已经在发生了。这就是在减少公众的快乐、损害公众的自由。我们不能再失去一个可以快快乐乐度过的节日了。
其三，从文化史的角度，任由“端午安康”取代“端午快乐”将成为一段耻辱。其实民俗重构、当代观念反向植入传统并不是什么稀罕事，例如七夕由于某家针织厂的运作变成情人节。但是“端午安康”这个案例的情况尤为恶劣：这一“新民俗”来自网络谣言与虚假信息，而且还是攻击性、排他性、恐吓性的谣言。如果任由一种“新民俗”以这种方式登大雅之堂、改变旧民俗，让“端午快乐”从公共领域消失、让大众不能欢庆端午，那么当未来回顾这段文化变迁史，将会是何等的屈辱。
如果仍然觉得说“端午安康”没什么，试想一下，假如过年的时候也有一大群人突然跟你说“新年康健”，公共领域的祝福也全变成了“祝全国人民新春康健”，你不觉得别扭吗？你还能淡定，还能觉得说什么都无所谓吗？
