The only recent change in mute filtering I know of is that domains of users don't get passed into the word filter. That got merged along with the Themes V3 stuff and I think is in the bundled FE.

Either way I've never encountered the issue you have, since I still get replies to Suiseiseki in my notifs even though I muted him and his replies to me don't show up in my notifs.

Idk, maybe try deleting notifications from the notifications table that are older than 3 months or something and vacuum full the table after. That's my blind shot into the dark. But that solved my notifications refusing to load, not creating them,

I keep hearing with Windows 10 EOL Linux is gong to be the most popular OS for Laptops. Well today I have 3 laptops in my lab each running a Variant of Linux, Ubuntu, Mint, and Pop_OS.

All three have failed the wife acceptance factor. I had her use each one for two days over the week and she wants her "normal" laptop back.

There we go geeks, Linux as a desk top is still for geeks.

I don’t know quite what such people are expected to do. On the one hand we feel great societal opprobrium over the sexual abuse of children. Yet our society simultaneously has an attitude of near-sanctification towards anyone who can claim to be an asylum seeker. They too must be regarded as victims who are so deserving of our sympathies that the rest of us should pay for them to be put up in hotels until such a time as their asylum claims can be adjudged. Or until the Home Office system loses sight of them. Whichever happens first. So there are competing values at play.

The citizenry of Epping just suffered from this values show-down and decided that they were in favour of their daughters not being molested on the high street more than they were in favour of hosting illegal migrants. Some even held signs saying things like ‘Send them home!’ and chanted ‘Protect our kids’. But no sooner had these locals turned out to protest than a number of ‘anti-racism’ groups turned up to protest them. These always-available activists materialised with their ready-made signs that said things like ‘Refugees welcome’ and ‘Stop the far right’.

It cannot be the case that men and women who object to foreign alleged sex offenders being put up in their hotels at the taxpayer’s expense should be deemed ‘anti-immigrant’. Nor can it be that parents who object to our porous borders letting in people who wait barely a week before they apparently start assaulting the locals should all be deemed ‘far right’. But that is where we are.

It's Okuu! She's cute, and very dangerous. While she's quite birdbrained about most things, she could easily explain to you in perfect detail the mechanics of how the nuclear reactor underground works. A very strange girl in that respect. At the least her bird brain makes her very easy to get along with, if a bit hard to understand. She'd gladly be friends with anyone so long as they mean no harm to Satori or Koishi.

Gingers aren't exactly discriminated against like Jewish, but she's entitled to her opinion - and it's long past time that Israel acknowledged that while being Jewish may be a protected characteristic, it's in no way superior to any other protected characterstic/religion/ethnic group.
