Sous la coupe de l’usine à gaz européenne, surveillé par les garde-chiourmes qui résident à Bruxelles et sanctionné par les magistrats qui siègent dans ses juridictions, notre pays ne dispose plus de la liberté d’administrer son territoire comme il l’entend.
Ce que l’on perçoit moins, c’est l’invraisemblable effondrement institutionnel qui frappe la République. Or la décision rendue par le Conseil constitutionnel de censure partielle de la loi Duplomb votée par le Parlement, démontre que cet effondrement n’est en fait qu’une destruction programmée. La bande de politiciens non élus rassemblée autour de Richard Ferrand (la légende de probité installée par Marine Le Pen à la présidence du CC) vient tranquillement d’enfoncer un clou supplémentaire dans le cercueil de ce qui fut dans le passé une démocratie libérale représentative.
Historiquement plus ou moins fonctionnelle, elle avait au XXe siècle, à peu près respecté les principes qui gouvernent ces systèmes : séparation des pouvoirs, élections au suffrage universel, loi de la majorité, protection de la minorité, toutes choses assurant sa légitimité à l’exercice du pouvoir par l’État. Depuis l’entrée dans le XXe, préparée par les socialistes la catastrophe est totale. Pointer tous les dysfonctionnements que l’on constate jour après jour est devenu une routine. Car comment qualifier autrement l’arrêt rendu par le Conseil constitutionnel à propos de la loi « Duplomb » et l’insondable bêtise de la classe politique qui s’est manifestée une fois de plus à cette occasion. Tous les opposants à ce texte, battus au Parlement se sont répandus en glapissements de joie grotesques du genre : « la juste lutte des larges masses a gagné !
» À la cacophonie médiatique qui a accompagné le processus parlementaire de cette loi, ne fut que raccourcis, confusion et mensonges permettant à chaque camp de prendre la pose, de soigner les postures et de donner des leçons de morale. Comme d’habitude, mention particulière pour la petite bourgeoisie sociétale qui se prétend de gauche et a passé son temps à exhiber une pseudo-humanité comme signe extérieur de richesse. La « gauche » la plus bête du monde qui acclame aujourd’hui le Conseil constitutionnel, Richard Ferrand et Alain Juppé présentés comme glorieux et ultimes remparts contre la destruction de la planète. Sans craindre les contradictions que feront apparaître leur perte définitive de la mémoire immédiate, puisqu’ils les vilipenderont la prochaine fois si une décision ne leur convient pas.
