Installation
Betalning via Swish tog under en minut. Playlist lades in i TiviMate på min Android‑TV och alla logotyper kom upp direkt.

Nordiska kanaler + K‑Drama

Ping runt 12 ms tack vare servrar i Stockholm.

Support

Performance
Hoewel mijn kantoor‑wifi maar 60 Mbps haalt, spelen HD‑zenders zonder haperingen. 4K gebruik ik alleen op de woonkamer‑tv.

Support
Telefonisch bereikbaar (!) op kantoortijden; dat is zeldzaam. Een medewerker hielp me in drie minuten met NAC‑filtering in mijn router.

Minpunt

Films & series

Klein minpunt

IPTV Nederland Pro – Vier maanden expat‑ervaring 🇳🇱

Mijn grootste verassing? RTV Noord in full HD, inclusief lokale sport.

Lokale focus

Bob Player Pro – Een maand on the road 🇳🇱

Zappervaring
Kanaalwissel is zo’n 1,2 seconde.

IPTV Kopen Pro – Mijn Belgische streaminguitdaging 🇧🇪

Serverlocatie

VOD & Catch‑up
Catch‑up tot 48 uur terug is inbegrepen.

Smart IPTV Nederland – Twee gezinsprofielen, nul stress 🇳🇱

Mijn kinderen kijken Nickelodeon JR terwijl mijn partner NPO Drama volgt. Allemaal simultaan, dankzij drie gelijktijdige streams.

Sport & On‑demand

Beeldkwaliteit & stabiliteit

Minpunt
Soms ontbreken Nederlandse ondertitels in Aziatische films.

Supersnelle set‑up

VOD‑sectie & ondertiteling

Zulke snelle actie is zeldzaam.

Nadelen

Installeren in drie stappen

Smart Load Balancing

PVR en catch‑up

De on‑demand‑bibliotheek telt zo’n 35 000 titels.

Binnen tien minuten was alles hersteld.

5. Gebruiksgemak

8. Kleine minpunten
Niets is perfect.

Federated Services

Federated Services are services which many instances form a network to provide a greater whole than the sum of their parts, each participant in the Fediverse is an “instance”. A message or other item made available on one instance is visible and available on other instances.

We make these services available to all people who do not abuse it in order to promote the values of Free Speech, and those of the United States Constitution First Amendment. A free republic is not possible without free speech and commercial mainstream media do not provide it. We also get some advertisement benefit from hosting these, it is our hope that people who see how fast and responsible our ser
vices are will decide to do hosting or use other paid services here.

There are numerous federated services available, we offer Macrobloging platform Friendica, Hubzilla; Microbloging services Mastodon, Misskey, a federated search engine, Yacy, and a federated cloud service, Nextcloud.

Macrobloging services are message systems that allow long form posts similar in format to Facebook. These allow for works of fiction, poetry, technical papers, news items, short stories, and more. These formats are most useful for discussion of social issues.

Microbloging services allow only short form posts similar in format to Twitter. While you can link to larger articles elsewhere, you have a relatively short character limit and so can not post them directly.

Censorship, is handled much different on the fediverse than on mainstream media like Twitter or Facebook. On the fediverse, each individual instance is responsible for content available on that instance, but does not censor the rest of the network. Thus if you find the rules of one instance too constraining you can move to another.

Federated search engines are analogous to federated message systems in that each instance chooses what portion of the internet it wants to crawl. When you enter a search term, the local instance queries all of the federated instances, collates and sorts the results and presents them to you. As with messages, each instance can have it’s own censorship policies but no one instance can censor the enti
re network.

Given the wild-west nature of the fediverse, it is probably not suitable for children under 14, and you’re guaranteed to find some material that will offend virtually everyone. With federated search engines, material that is inappropriate will usually be flagged sensitive or nsfw (not safe for work) so as long as you don’t expand material marked as such, you can avoid this sort of material. Ther
e are occasionally people who violate these rules, we do our best to remove such individuals none the less some will get through.

We offer the following federated services:

Friendica.Eskimo.Com
Friendica is a decentralized long format macrobloging message network. It is similar in format to facebook however there is no centralized censorship. Also, it is able to federate with all other federated message systems which use ActivityPub protocol and also we have extensions that allow it to speak to several other networks via other protocols.

Hubzilla.Eskimo.Com
Hubzilla is similar in message format to Friendica in that it allows long posts. However, it specializes in it’s ability to provide connectivity to multiple protocols and so we include it in our mix of federated services primarily for the better connectivity it offers. Hubzilla provides a great deal of interoperability between many networks though ActivityPub is still it’s prim
ary protocol. Hubzilla gives you a greater degree of control over privacy than some of the other networks. You can create private channels that are served between hubzilla instances and other compatible instances.

Mastodon.Eskimo.Com
Mastodon is first and foremost an alternative to Twitter. While Twitter has Tweets, Mastodon has Toots. The format is very similar. Mastodon toots have a limit of 500 characters. Similar to the short limit of Twitter. This is why this platform is referred to as a Microbloging format. Mastodon interacts with other ActivityPub instances however when a long form blog post from another i
nstance arrives, you are only shown a short portion with a link to follow to see the full post on the originating site.

NextCloud.Eskimo.Com
Nextcloud If you are a customer of Eskimo North, your login credentials will work without a domain extension to access Nextcloud. If you are not a customer you can apply for a Nextcloud account using your choice of login and password, in this case the login should include your originating network. Some features require an Eskimo North shell account to take full advantage of.

Pixelfed.Eskimo.Com
Pixelfed is a federated pixel gallery. A place where you can share your photos to the widest audience possible, and you can view what others have shared. We now have this site also properly federated so any images you share can be viewed on any other Fediverse site by users who follow you, and you can view images posted by anyone on any fediverse site whom you follow.

Yacy.Eskimo.Com
Yacy is a federated search engine. There are several thousand instances on the Internet. Each instances crawls whatever portion of the web the administrator requested. It is also possible for the administrator of a site with relatively few resources to request a larger site to do crawls on their behalf. Unfortunately, it does not provide a method for an end user to initiate a crawl,
but if you send e-mail to support@eskimo.com and request a crawl, we will initiate a crawl on your behalf.

Please take a look at our services as they support our free Federated services including Friendica, Hubzilla, Mastodon, Nextcloud, Pixelfed, and Yacy Search.

Available Shell Servers

We have a variety of Linux Servers with a variety of Linux Distributions and Desktop Environments. Linux servers in use here are of three basic lines, those derived from RedHat, such as Fedora, Centos, and Scientific Linux, and those derived from Debian such as Debian, Ubuntu, and Mint. Ubuntu is the most current and feature rich. Then there is Manjaro, derived from Arch Linux. Arch is more often broken because it is a real “do it yourself” Linux, an excellent learning platform, a good development platform, not a good production platform.

All of these servers are available if you have a shell account here. You can use them to learn various versions, decide which to install, and as one place you can develop applications for all versions. We install a wide variety of development tools on all of our publicly available servers.

Our servers listen to port 443 in addition to the standard ssh port of 22 to provide a means to connect from behind a firewall that blocks non-web access. You can also utilize Guacamole on our website (login public, password public).

Alma.Eskimo.Com
This server is running Alma 8. Alma Linux replaces Scientific Linux after it’s discontinuation. Presently we are running Alma 8 because Alma 9 does not support NIS out of the box although there are ways of hacking it in. It is unfortunate that Redhat chose to piss on the infrastructure so many organizations depend upon. This is why we tend to favor Debian derived flavors. None the less as Redhat derived software goes Alma is pretty solid.
Anduinos.Eskimo.Com
Anduinos is a Debian derived distribution that defaults to a Gnome Desktop themed to look like Windows 10. At present though this Desktop is not working over network connections, instead Mate and Gnome are presently available. I am working on some others.
Debian.Eskimo.Com
Debian Bullseye has a rich assortment of software installed, including hundreds of Games, a huge variety of Office Productivity software, many Educational and Scientific applications, a variety of Integrated Development Environments, and many programming languages. All of the documentation available online these applications is also loaded.
Fedora.Eskimo.Com
Fedora Rawhide can be accessed graphically using x2go and the Mate desktop. It has the most applications of any of the Redhat derived servers. I install just about everything I can get to work on this machine so it has a huge variety of applications installed.
Kali.Eskimo.Com
Kali is a special purpose shell server designed for penetration testing. It is primarily here to test our own internal security, and as a result, egress is extremely limited, however upon request, proof of IP space ownership, and permission of the owner and agreement to hold us harmless because it is possible some of these tests may be destructive, we will allow outbound for testing of other sites.
Manjaro.Eskimo.Com
Manjaro is a good choice for a Linux user who wants to just install and go. There is a pleasant user interface and a good choice of software in the Manjaro repositories. It is a less technical Linux than Ubuntu, you can do most things through graphical interfaces and the default xfce interface is extremely light in terms of memory footprint. Like most modern distros, a variety of Windows systems are available and we have Gnome, Mate, KDE, Xfce, LXDE, and LXQT installed.
Mint.Eskimo.Com
Mint is another recent addition to our shell servers. It is running Mint, although we have the Mate Desktop installed for graphical access. This is necessary because Unity and other compositing Desktops are incompatible with x2go and really work very roughly with VNC. If you like games, this is a good server to use and there are many installed. Mint is a derivative of Ubuntu which in turn is derived from Debian and this server thus follows the structure and layout of Debian and Ubuntu.
MxLinux.Eskimo.Com
MxLinux is an excellent choice for a computer with limited resources. Before the overhead of a Desktop is considered, MxLinux uses 200MB less RAM out of the box than does Ubuntu. If you’re not a fan of Poettering and Systemd, you’ll like this OS as it still uses a System-V init with Systemd shims to allow packages requiring systemd to function. You can also run systemd and in fact I am doing so because it boots faster. The default Desktop is LXDE which is also small and efficient. But if you like eye candy you can install any Desktop you like and as with other servers I will install all that I can get to work on this OS.
PopOS.Eskimo.Com
popOS is a modern appearing OS based upon Ubuntu, and not just indirectly, it actually utilizes Ubuntu’s repositories in addition to it’s own. Presently X2go and ssh are the only two access methods. I am working on the others.
Rocky8.Eskimo.Com
Rocky8 is a RedHat derived operating system very similar to Centos before Centos was absorbed, and ruined, by Redhat. While Centos support, with the exception of Centos9 is going away on June 30th, 2024, and CentOS9 is not usable because of the deletion of NIS by RedRat which is necessary to our organization, Rocky8 will be supported for security updates through May of 2029, thus provides us a means of continuing to offer a Redhat based environment for another five years.

Ubuntu.Eskimo.Com
Ubuntu can be accessed graphically using x2go and the Mate Desktop. The native Unity desktop is a compositing desktop which is incompatible with x2go. This machine is equipped with many applications including a huge number of games, a rich assortment of development tools and computer programming languages, a huge assortment of Office productivity software, many scientific, electronic, and educational tools.
Zorin.Eskimo.Com
Zorin is a Ubuntu derived operating system. It combines the eye candy of some other Ubuntu flavors such as Mint, with the security awareness and up to date nature of Ubuntu providing a really superb server environment. This machine is our best equipped server. It has the full Ubuntu Studio Suite, a very large assortment of development tools, language packs for all supported languages, many games, both Libre and Caligra Office Suites, and much more. X2go is supported on this machine.

Crontab access, batch, and background jobs are allowed on all of our servers. Most have unrestricted outbound access with the exception of kali owing to high abuse potential for tools that exist on it.'

We also offer web hosting, e-mail, and virtual private servers.

Privacy and the Silk Road

This is a good video regarding the Silk Road, our rights, privacy. I've been working on improving eskimo.com's privacy features. I just compiled the open post quantum libs and provider, built openssl against them, and now apache against that so that our website can now serve files using post quantum encryption. Also have these wired into ssh on one of our shell servers and I'm working on wiring it into openvpn.

Flappy Bird: The Addictive Challenge You Can’t Resist

Ah, Flappy Bird—the game that turned tapping into an art form and frustration into a competitive sport. I still remember the day I discovered it—complete curiosity turned into hours of futile flapping, all thanks to a little pixelated bird with dreams of soaring high. If you ever felt the immediate need to hurl your phone across the room yet keep trying for just one more high score, then this blog post is for you!

What Makes Flappy Bird Stand Out?
At first glance, Flappy Bird seems almost too simple: a bright blue sky, a colorful bird, and an endless array of green pipes. But don’t let its straightforward design fool you. The infamous gameplay thrives on its ruthless difficulty—each tap sends your bird up, and each misstep sends it crashing. That brutal learning curve is what keeps players obsessively coming back for more.

What really makes Flappy Bird memorable is the emotional rollercoaster it triggers. Imagine jubilantly navigating through a narrow gap only to meet an untimely demise at the hands of a pipe—it's both comical and maddening. Each time you play, you confront your own limits and celebrate small victories, turning an innocent game into a personal challenge.

Real Gameplay Experience & Tips
Oh, the tales I could spin from my Flappy Bird escapades! I remember my first score: a dismal three. I thought, “This can’t be that hard!” Fast forward a few hours, and I was gripping my phone with sweaty palms, yelling at the poor bird for its incessant failure to fly straight.

One hilariously unforgettable moment occurred when I was playing with a friend. I finally achieved a score of 60, and I was over the moon! I decided to flaunt it, only to fumble my phone mid-celebration. My bird crashed spectacularly, just like my dreams of victory. It’s extraordinary how deeply a little pixel can affect your emotions!

For those looking to improve: focus on timing. Light, quick taps are your best friends. The rhythm is crucial—think of it as a dance rather than all-out flailing. The more you practice, the better you’ll get, and maybe you won’t experience quite as many phone-throwing moments as I did!

My Exciting Experience with Crazy Cattle 3D

Hey, fellow gaming enthusiasts! I’m thrilled to share my thoughts on a game that’s quickly become a guilty pleasure of mine: Crazy Cattle 3D. If you’re in the mood for a fun, quirky gaming experience that’ll keep you smiling, this is the game for you. So, let’s dive into my adventures with this delightful little cow!

What Is Crazy Cattle 3D?
Let’s start with a little introduction to Crazy Cattle 3D. At first glance, it’s easy to think of it as just another mobile game, but trust me, it has that special something that makes it stand out. You control a charming cow as she leaps through whimsical landscapes filled with colorful obstacles. The objective? Jump your way to victory while skillfully avoiding hurdles like mud pits and hay bales.

The gameplay is straightforward: tap the screen to jump. However, as you progress through the levels, the challenges increase, and the game becomes a delightful test of your reflexes and timing. It’s reminiscent of popular classics like Flappy Bird—simple mechanics that lead to tons of fun. The combination of laughter and concentration makes it incredibly addictive!

Why I Think Crazy Cattle 3D Is So Much Fun
Now, you might be wondering what exactly makes Crazy Cattle 3D so enjoyable for me. Here are a few reasons why I can’t get enough of it:

1. Addictive Gameplay
From the moment I started playing Crazy Cattle 3D, I found myself completely engaged. The controls are easy to pick up, but the real challenge comes when you try to master the timing of your jumps. Each level presents new obstacles, and there’s always a delightful surprise waiting around the corner.

2. Adorable Visuals
Let’s talk about how charming the game is. The graphics are bright and cheerful, with a whimsical art style that perfectly fits the lighthearted theme. The cow's facial expressions and silly animations bring life to every jump, making each session feel like a mini adventure. You can’t help but smile as you watch her bounce around the screen!

3. Endless Laughs
What really sets Crazy Cattle 3D apart is its ability to surprise you. Every time you play, you might encounter a wacky obstacle or unexpected event that has you chuckling. I’ve often found myself giggling uncontrollably when my cow takes a tumble. The sound effects, paired with the silly visuals, contribute to the overall hilarity of the game.

My Hilarious Experiences Playing Crazy Cattle 3D
I’d love to share some of my funniest and most memorable experiences while playing Crazy Cattle 3D—it’s been quite a ride!

The Epic Mud Pit Mishap
During one of my gaming sessions, I was on a roll, feeling like a true cow-jumping champion. I was smoothly gliding through the levels, collecting coins and avoiding obstacles. But then, I miscalculated a jump. In slow motion, I watched as my cow plummeted right into a mud pit. The slapstick sound effect that followed sent me into a fit of laughter! I had to pause the game just to regain my composure. It was one of those ridiculous moments that makes gaming all about enjoyment.

Friendly Competition with Friends
One of my favorite ways to enjoy Crazy Cattle 3D is by challenging my friends to see who can score the highest. Recently, we hosted a gaming night, and this game quickly became the star of the evening. Watching my friends struggle and laugh at their own epic fails was a joy. One friend, in particular, was determined to beat my high score but ended up jumping straight into a pile of hay. The ensuing laughter was contagious and made for a memorable night!

The thrill of competition combined with the lighthearted nature of the game reminded me of those nostalgic days of racing in Mario Kart. It’s amazing how a simple game can bring people together for a night of fun.

Crazy Cattle 3D: A Great Stress Buster
One of the things I love most about Crazy Cattle 3D is how it serves as a fantastic stress reliever. After a long day at work, I often find myself turning to this game to unwind. The cheerful graphics and silly gameplay provide a perfect escape from reality.

Playing just a few levels can lift my spirits and help me forget any worries I have. I love how I can pick it up for a quick gaming session or lose track of time diving into the addictive gameplay. It’s the kind of game that makes you feel lighter, bringing a smile to your face without any pressure.

Comparing Crazy Cattle 3D to Other Games
In the realm of mobile gaming, Crazy Cattle 3D holds its own in terms of appeal. If you enjoyed the tapping mechanics of classics like Flappy Bird or the endless running in titles like Temple Run, you’ll feel right at home with this game.

What I appreciate about Crazy Cattle 3D is that while it shares some characteristics with these popular games, its charm lies in the lovable cow and the comedic moments that naturally unfold. It’s that refreshing mix of simplicity and humor that keeps you coming back for more.

Final Thoughts: Give Crazy Cattle 3D a Try!
To wrap things up, Crazy Cattle 3D has quickly become one of my go-to games whenever I want to have fun and unwind. Its engaging gameplay, adorable visuals, and endless laughs make it a fantastic choice for gamers of all ages.

Unfortunately, it does not provide a method for an end user to initiate a crawl, but if you send e-mail to support@eskimo.com and request a crawl, we will initiate a crawl on your behalf.

Shell Accounts

Shell Accounts
A shell is a command line interface for an operating system. With most shell providers, a command line interface on one flavor of Linux or Unix is all you get. Eskimo North provides access to eight different popular Linux distributions and SunOS Unix. Eskimo North also full remote desktop capabilities using X2Go with sound, and also NX, VNC, and RPD without sound.

Account Types
We offer four different levels of shell accounts: Economy, Standard, Power, and Enterprise. Background tasks such as IRC bots, Game Servers, and the like are permitted on all account types except student. IRC servers are not permitted because of their tendency to draw denial of service attacks. Standard, Power, Enterprise, and Super-Max shells include a MySQL database allowing you to run a variety of LAMP stack based applications on your website and to use non-web based applications that require a database.

Web Hosting
Web hosting under our domain is provided with all shell accounts. You can host your own domains with virtual domains or web hosting packages.

Remote Desktop
Remote desktop capability is like having a monitor, keyboard, mouse, and speakers plugged right into our servers. Because our servers can be accessed anywhere in the world, this allows you to have a work environment you can access from anywhere in the world without risking losing your files to a laptop, tablet, or phone thief. We offer remote desktop capabilities on all of our shell servers except for the SunOS server. We support x2go, nx, vnc, and rdp protocols. X2go is the best choice as it provides extremely efficient compression and X round trip removal as well as sound.

Applications
Applications include Office Suites such as Libre Office and Caligra (which can read and write Microsoft Office file formats), Web and Program Development tools such as Bluefish Editor as well as many other editors, compilers, interpreters, scripting languages, debuggers, profilers, and online documentation.

E-mail
Our e-mail system offers unprecedented flexibility. You can access your mail via shell mail readers including graphical mailers like Thunderbird, or via Web mail, or via pop-3 and imap mail protocols, complete with TLS encryption. Our mail system includes Bayesian filtering with Spam Assassin which can be individually configured for your needs. Procmail allows you to sort and process mail automatically. Smartlist allows you to maintain mailing lists.

Security[color]
Access to all of our servers is available via strong encryption. The shell servers all support ssh access. All of the remote desktop protocols tunnel via ssh. We maintain all of our servers up to date keep with the latest patches. Backups are made weekly.

[color=darkblue]Eskimo North has been providing Unix timeshare services since 1985. We have been providing Linux timeshare, shell access, web hosting, e-mail, and Internet services since 1992.

The Desktops presently available on it are Gnome and Mate, though Gnome is a special edition known as Sparkle, and it does not operate properly with X2go.

Bouncing into the Rhythm: Exploring the Addictive World of Geometry Dash

Have you ever felt that exhilarating rush of adrenaline as you perfectly timed a jump, dodging spikes and navigating impossible obstacles? If so, you might already be familiar with the captivating world of Geometry Jump. But if you're new to the genre, or just looking for a fresh perspective, let's dive into one of its most recognizable stars: Geometry Dash.
This isn't your average platformer. Forget elaborate stories or complex controls. Geometry Dash, and other games like it, offer a deceptively simple, yet endlessly challenging, experience built around rhythm, reaction, and sheer determination. So, buckle up, because we're about to embark on a journey through its blocky, musical landscapes.
The Heartbeat of the Game: Understanding the Gameplay
At its core, Geometry Dash is a rhythm-based platformer. You control a small icon (typically a cube) that automatically moves forward. Your only control is a single tap, which makes your icon jump. That's it. Seems easy, right?
Wrong.
The game throws a relentless barrage of obstacles your way: spikes, blocks, moving platforms, and gaps that seem impossibly wide. The key to survival is timing your jumps perfectly, syncing your actions to the beat of the music. The music isn't just background noise; it's an integral part of the gameplay, providing audio cues that help you anticipate upcoming challenges.
As you progress through the levels, new gameplay mechanics are introduced. You'll encounter:
• Ships: These allow you to control vertical movement by holding down the tap button to ascend and releasing to descend. Mastering ship control is crucial for navigating narrow corridors and avoiding deadly ceilings.
• Balls: These introduce a gravity-flipping mechanic. Tapping changes your ball's gravity, forcing you to strategically flip between the top and bottom of the screen to avoid obstacles.
• UFOs: Similar to the ship, the UFO allows you to jump and glide through the air, but with a different feel and rhythm.
• Waves: These introduce a challenging wave form that requires precise, rapid taps to navigate tight spaces.
• Robots: These allow for variable jump heights based on how long you hold the tap button.
And that's not all! You'll also encounter portals that change your size, mirror your movement, or even reverse the direction of gravity. Each element requires a different timing and strategy, keeping the gameplay fresh and challenging.
To give you a good starting point, you can also find resources like this one: Geometry Dash. They offer a selection of online Geometry Dash games that you can play directly from your browser.
Survival Tips for Aspiring Geometry Dash Masters
Okay, so you understand the basics. Now, how do you actually play well? Here are a few tips to help you survive the onslaught of spikes and blocks:
• Listen to the Music: We mentioned this earlier, but it's worth repeating. The music is your best friend. Pay attention to the beat and use it to anticipate upcoming jumps and obstacles.
• Practice, Practice, Practice: There's no substitute for practice. The more you play a level, the more familiar you'll become with its layout and timing. Don't be afraid to repeat sections over and over again.
• Use Practice Mode: Geometry Dash features a practice mode that allows you to place checkpoints throughout the level. This is invaluable for learning difficult sections without having to start from the beginning every time you die.
• Don't Give Up: Geometry Dash is notoriously difficult. You will die. A lot. The key is to learn from your mistakes, adjust your timing, and keep trying. The satisfaction of finally beating a challenging level is well worth the effort.
• Experiment with Different Icons: While the gameplay remains the same, different icons can provide a slightly different feel. Some players find that certain icons are easier to control than others.
• Adjust Your Settings: Experiment with the game's settings, such as turning on "smooth fix" or adjusting the graphical quality, to find what works best for your device.
Beyond the Main Levels: Exploring the Community
One of the most appealing aspects of Geometry Dash is its thriving community. Players can create and share their own levels, ranging from simple, beginner-friendly challenges to incredibly complex and visually stunning creations. This allows for endless replayability and ensures that there's always something new to discover.
Exploring community levels can be a great way to hone your skills and discover new techniques. You can also find levels that cater to your specific preferences, whether you enjoy fast-paced challenges or more atmospheric and visually appealing experiences.
The End Game: Why Geometry Dash is So Addictive
So, what makes Geometry Dash so captivating? It's a combination of factors:
• Simple Controls, High Skill Ceiling: The game is easy to pick up and play, but mastering it requires dedication and skill.
• Addictive Gameplay Loop: The constant cycle of dying, learning, and improving is incredibly addictive.
• Rhythm-Based Mechanics: The synchronization with the music creates a unique and engaging experience.
• Community-Driven Content: The endless stream of user-created levels provides endless replayability.
Ultimately, Geometry Dash is a testament to the power of simple, well-executed gameplay. It's a game that rewards perseverance, challenges your reflexes, and keeps you coming back for more. So, if you're looking for a challenging and addictive experience, give it a try. You might just find yourself hooked on the rhythm. Now go out there, bounce, and try not to die (too many times)! """

The Desktops presently available on it are Gnome and Mate, though Gnome is a special edition known as Sparkle, and it does not operate properly with X2go.

This machine is our best equipped server. It has the full Ubuntu Studio Suite, a very large assortment of development tools, language packs for all supported languages, many games, both Libre and Caligra Office Suites, and much more. X2go is supported on this machine.

Crontab access, batch, and background jobs are allowed on all of our servers. Most have unrestricted outbound access with the exception of kali owing to high abuse potential for tools that exist on it.'

We also offer web hosting, e-mail, and virtual private servers.

Feeling the Rush? Dive into the Addictive World of Slope Game!

Ever find yourself with a few minutes to spare and a craving for something that’s both challenging and instantly gratifying? Then let me introduce you to Slope Game, a deceptively simple yet utterly addictive online game that will test your reflexes and spatial reasoning to their absolute limit. You can find it at Slope Game, and trust me, once you start, you might find it hard to stop!

This isn't some flashy, story-driven epic. Slope Game is pure, unadulterated gameplay. It strips away the unnecessary bells and whistles and delivers a raw, engaging experience that's perfect for a quick burst of fun or a longer session of competitive high-score chasing. So, how exactly do you play? Let's break it down.

Getting to Grips: The Gameplay of Slope Gamerward: you control a rolling ball as it navigates a procedurally generated, downward-sloping course made of blocks. Think of it like a never-ending rollercoaster, but you're in control of the car, and the tracks are constantly shifting and disappearing.

The controls are minimalist, relying on just two keys: the left and right arrow keys (or A and D, if you prefer). These keys steer your ball left and right, allowing you to dodge obstacles like red blocks that instantly end your run, and navigate the constantly changing terrain.

The beauty of Slope Game lies in its increasing difficulty. As you progress further down the slope, the speed increases, the gaps between blocks widen, and the overall challenge intensifies. The game cleverly introduces subtle variations in the terrain, like slightly angled blocks that require more precise steering, and even blocks that suddenly change color, adding an extra layer of visual complexity.
What makes it truly engaging is the sense of momentum. You're constantly gaining speed, and the feeling of barely avoiding an obstacle by the skin of your teeth is incredibly exhilarating. The procedural generation also means that no two runs are ever the same, keeping the experience fresh and unpredictable.
It's a simple premise, yes, but its elegant design and addictive gameplay loop make Slope Game a compelling experience for players of all skill levels. Even just a few minutes of playing can provide a surprisingly intense and satisfying challenge.

The Desktops presently available on it are Gnome and Mate, though Gnome is a special edition known as Sparkle, and it does not operate properly with X2go.

This server also has open post quantum encryption compiled into openssl 3.6 available for your use.

These guys have a pretty good take on recent history and military operations and politics. A lot of things come to proxy wars between US and Russia/China, and while I can understand US animosity towards China, although even a lot of that I think initially was based upon fear, we feared communism would take over all of Asia even though we knew historically it always fails, and even today China has adopted a strong bit of capitalism in their economic system. So we had the proxy war in Viet Nam and Laos over this fear. I do not understand why we do not get along with Russia, after all our people are both largely Caucasian, our languages have most of the same vowels and consonants and are not that dissimilar, and in modern times our culture isn't even huge different. We both have major oil interests, and so there is competition there, but there could be cooperation and I think it would benefit both countries and the world at large. Given that we, Russia and the USA, were allies during WWII, I am not clear on how we became enemies.

Ubuntu is the most current and feature rich. Then there is Manjaro, derived from Arch Linux. Arch is more often broken because it is a real “do it yourself” Linux, an excellent learning platform, a good development platform, not a good production platform.

This server is running Alma 8. Alma Linux replaces Scientific Linux after it’s discontinuation. We have a variety of Linux Servers with a variety of Linux Distributions and Desktop Environments.

All of the documentation available online these applications is also loaded.

Most have unrestricted outbound access with the exception of kali owing to high abuse potential for tools that exist on it.

The backrooms game is a surreal, eerie setting that began as a simple image posted on 4chan in May 2019—a photo of a yellowish, seemingly endless office space, lit by fluorescent lights and lined with stained carpet. This single unsettling image sparked an entire mythos: a liminal world that exists just beyond reality, where you might accidentally "noclip" out of the world and find yourself trapped in its infinite, monotonous halls.

We also get some advertisement benefit from hosting these, it is our hope that people who see how fast and responsible our services are will decide to do hosting or use other paid services here.

As with messages, each instance can have it’s own censorship policies but no one instance can censor the entire network.

There are occasionally people who violate these rules, we do our best to remove such individuals none the less some will get through.

Hubzilla provides a great deal of interoperability between many networks though ActivityPub is still it’s primary protocol.

Pixelfed is a federated pixel gallery. A place where you can share your photos to the widest audience possible, and you can view what others have shared. Instance is new as of April 6th, 2025.

Please note that our sites were down for a short while today for a database upgrade from MariaDB 11.7.2 to 11.8.2. Also Pixelfed is still not federating and I'm having a difficult time understanding why. I've upgraded to the latest code, I can search and find people on other sites, but even when I request to follow I do not see posts and there is exactly zero in the network feed. Any help and or suggestions or references appreciated.

The Desktops presently available on it are Gnome and Mate, though Gnome is a special edition known as Sparkle, and it does not operate properly with X2go.

Most have unrestricted outbound access with the exception of kali owing to high abuse potential for tools that exist on it.

Yacy.eskimo.com

Our yacy search engine is back online and fully operational. And it is now upgraded to the most recent release. Upgrading provided a substantial improvement in crawl rate but at the expense of higher memory consumption. All in all though the performance increase
was worthwhile.

For those who are not aware, yacy is a federated search engine. When you put in a query,
it queries all the federated servers (there are some stand alone and isolated yacy networks), and collates and returns a combined result.
