My old Mac Mini(s)
My previous post didn't actually post - might be queued up so this might sort of duplicate - BUT....
I found BOTH of my old Mac Mini (2012)'s while digging out power cables and keyboards to get ready for my new cheap mini PC arriving tomorrow. Originally, I'd thought about dusting off one of those for my server experiments. Now I'm thinking I will use one for my REALLY experimental server. So the new one will be my "production" machine. The old Mini will be my testing machine.
Already powered up the first one. It contains my still functioning copy of Adobe Creative Suite 4, so NOT touching that one. I occasionally need to do stuff in Adobe. I may set it up headless when I build out my server desk under the stairs in the basement. I can Screen Share in when I need to use it.
Still need to power up the other Mac Mini and make sure there is nothing on it I need to pull off before replacing the OLD spinning hard drive with an SSD and sticking linux on it.
