@Pampapiano if mastodon were built that way the interface would be clunky and slow. JavaScript allows you to have dynamic asynchronous websites, and for something like mastodon that's important.
@rugk @schmittlauch @Pampapiano No, it doesn't make sense for Mastodon either. It even fetches the content server-side already to put it into <title> tag, but does nothing with it on the actual page content which contains nothing but a "enable JS" warning.
