Movements are made up of people in them. This is something that many people say and then do not seem to think about. Take, for example, vaguely-left fears that a "communist takeover" would somehow result in a rolling back of some of the (ultimately relatively scant) social gains that somehow (isn't this so funny???) always are things that radicals were proposing first and liberals adopted after dragging their feet for decades. If 999 radicals marched loudly and publicly tomorrow for X progressive thing instead of Y reactionary thing, and one so-called radical said "I believe X is bourgeois and we should have Y instead," you can bet someone online the day after tomorrow would be saying "the red fascists would see Y shoved down our throats! Protect X at all costs from the red menace!"

@spacedream Yes there are those who operate like that and I have been where you are now.... "Who can I trust?" I had to stop watching the news and reading anything vaguely like "conspiracy news", not because I say there is no truth to it, rather all news/information is only "partial truth" and basically I was being disempowered by it rather than Empowered.
We are ever unfolding into new information, discarding old beliefs, creating SPACE for new ones (personally and collectively)... For me all information, is only relative because at some time all our scientific & personal stories are also going to crumble, just like current political world and so many other aspects of the society that was....
Actually, that's exactly what is happening.... Those "old paradigms and institutions are crumbling" - except it might take a while for us to really see how amazingly and wonderfully the new "paradigms" are already strong in their "root systems".... the seeds have sprouted and we need patience in SPACIOUSNESS & TRUST from that DEEP LEVEL OF SELF & BEING....

Facebook is back up. Naturally I threw into my post about Jami the fact that it's decentralized and doesn't rely on centralized servers that can go down and block access like Facebook literally just did.
reminds me of the time I deleted my #Google account and it started "erroring" just at the right time I was clicking the "Nuke it" button. If that was the perfect coincidence or some planned inefficiency I guess I'll never know.
