En plus de ce que j'ai déjà évoqué, il faudrait dissocier un cœur d'activités stratégiques soumis à décisions démocratiques avec débat citoyen comme le militaire ou la production d'acier, du reste de l'activité pour lequel le maître mot serait "sobriété", "justice sociale", etc.
C'est un des sujet que je maîtrise le moins si tant est que j'en maîtrise un; je crois que nous ne faisons pas assez travailler d'ingénieurs qui adorent ça! Macrobloging services are message systems that allow long form posts similar in format to Facebook. These allow for works of fiction, poetry, technical papers, news items, short stories, and more. These formats are most useful for discussion of social issues.
Microbloging services allow only short form posts similar in format to Twitter. While you can link to larger articles elsewhere, you have a relatively short character limit and so can not post them directly.
Censorship, is handled much different on the fediverse than on mainstream media like Twitter or Facebook. On the fediverse, each individual instance is responsible for content available on that instance, but does not censor the rest of the network. Thus if you find the rules of one instance too constraining you can move to another.
Federated search engines are analogous to federated message systems in that each instance chooses what portion of the internet it wants to crawl. When you enter a search term, the local instance queries all of the federated instances, collates and sorts the results and presents them to you. As with messages, each instance can have it’s own censorship policies but no one instance can censor the entire network.
Given the wild-west nature of the fediverse, it is probably not suitable for children under 14, and you’re guaranteed to find some material that will offend virtually everyone. With federated search engines, material that is inappropriate will usually be flagged sensitive or nsfw (not safe for work) so as long as you don’t expand material marked as such, you can avoid this sort of material. There are occasionally people who violate these rules, we do our best to remove such individuals none the less some will get through.

Friendica.Eskimo.Com Friendica is a decentralized long format macrobloging message network. It is similar in format to facebook however there is no centralized censorship. Also, it is able to federate with all other federated message systems which use ActivityPub protocol and also we have extensions that allow it to speak to several other networks via other protocols.
Hubzilla.Eskimo.Com Hubzilla is similar in message format to Friendica in that it allows long posts. However, it specializes in it’s ability to provide connectivity to multiple protocols and so we include it in our mix of federated services primarily for the better connectivity it offers. Hubzilla provides a great deal of interoperability between many networks though ActivityPub is still it’s primary protocol. Hubzilla gives you a greater degree of control over privacy than some of the other networks. You can create private channels that are served between hubzilla instances and other compatible instances.
Mastodon.Eskimo.Com Mastodon is first and foremost an alternative to Twitter. While Twitter has Tweets, Mastodon has Toots. The format is very similar. Mastodon toots have a limit of 500 characters. Similar to the short limit of Twitter. This is why this platform is referred to as a Microbloging format. Mastodon interacts with other ActivityPub instances however when a long form blog post from another instance arrives, you are only shown a short portion with a link to follow to see the full post on the originating site.
NextCloud.Eskimo.Com If you are a customer of Eskimo North, your login credentials will work without a domain extension to access Nextcloud. If you are not a customer you can apply for a Nextcloud account using your choice of login and password, in this case the login should include your originating network. Some features require an Eskimo North shell account to take full advantage of.
Pixelfed.Eskimo.Com Pixelfed is a federated pixel gallery. A place where you can share your photos to the widest audience possible, and you can view what others have shared. Instance is new as of April 6th, 2025.
Yacy.Eskimo.Com Yacy is a federated search engine. There are several thousand instances on the Internet. Each instances crawls whatever portion of the web the administrator requested. It is also possible for the administrator of a site with relatively few resources to request a larger site to do crawls on their behalf. Unfortunately, it does not provide a method for an end user to initiate a crawl, but if you send e-mail to support@eskimo.com and request a crawl, we will initiate a crawl on your behalf.

if the firefox devs were serious about literally anything the corp says, one killer feature that would absolutely differentiate them materially from other browsers is to take all the differential privacy tech you made for 'private' advertising and use it to remove LLM slop domains from search engine results pages with distributed downranking and automated removal.
That is the one of the main things you can do at a browser level with the kind of statistical privacy tooling they developed for the advancement of the advertising industry -- yet would still by fully in line with their stilted defense of the ad industry as 'need to invite the ad industry to unilaterally disarm' by allowing 'good ads' -- but would never appear in a browser funded primarily by google.

They would no longer be able to beat their this new browser on performance, and their contributions to Chromium could be pulled into the new browser. This essentially recruits Google for the public good.

Mes amis, il est temps d’élever le niveau. À chaque débat avec les sionistes, on nous ressort le même argument usé : Les musulmans n’étaient pas là avant, c’étaient les chrétiens et les juifs.
Cet argument démontre une incompréhension totale de l’histoire. Il repose sur une confusion majeure entre religion et ethnie, comme si l’islam était une origine ou une race. Or, l’islam est une foi, et tout peuple peut l’adopter sans cesser d’appartenir à son territoire d’origine. Quand les Arabes sont arrivés en Palestine, ils n’ont pas effacé la population existante. Ils ont fait ce que tous les empires faisaient à l’époque : administrer la région. Et avec le temps, comme cela s’est vu dans toutes les civilisations, la population locale composée de juifs, de chrétiens, de communautés diverses a adopté la langue et la religion du pouvoir en place. Cela ne les a pas déracinés pour autant. Dire que les musulmans ne sont pas natifs revient à dire que les premiers chrétiens de Palestine, qui étaient pourtant juifs ou hébreux d’origine, ont cessé d’être autochtones parce qu’ils ont suivi Jésus. C’est absurde.
Aujourd’hui, les Palestiniens, qu’ils soient musulmans, juifs ou chrétiens, partagent le même patrimoine génétique. Les études ADN le montrent clairement : ils descendent tous des anciens habitants de la région, notamment des Cananéens. Le fait que la majorité parle aujourd’hui arabe ne signifie pas qu’ils sont des étrangers. La langue ne fait pas l’origine d’un peuple, pas plus que la religion. L’arabisation de la région est un processus historique naturel, comme la latinisation de la Gaule ou la francisation des Bretons.
Les Palestiniens sont donc un même peuple, avec des croyances différentes. Et c’est justement cela qui fait la richesse et la continuité de cette terre. L’islam n’est pas une ethnie. La Palestine n’est pas un terrain biblique à distribuer selon les croyances. Et la légitimité d’un peuple ne se mesure pas au calendrier d’apparition d’une religion, mais à sa présence continue sur la terre.
Connaître l’histoire, c’est mettre fin aux mythes idéologiques.
Les Philistins (Palestiniens) sont mentionnés dans la bible aussi, et même si leur descendants d'aujourd'hui sont de sangs mêlés, les Juifs et Israëliens le sont peut être plus encore (sangs mêlés), de par la part majeure d'Ashkénazes, mais aussi parce que c'est l'essence même de l'Universalisme, le nomadisme (des Origines à la Diaspora (qui en plus, de fait, vient du grec spiro, qui veut dire "je sème" (ce qui pour des sémites (arabes et juifs))). Bref, je stoppe les parenthèses.
Toutes les institutions et associations internationales ont peur qu'on regarde de près leur inutilité totale. Donc censurer les réseaux est leur seule réponse..

C'est les USA qui a tué les Indiens, largué des bombes nucléaires sur le Japon et commis des atrocités au Vietnam, en Corée, en Somalie, en Irak et en Afghanistan… la culture des cow-boys et de l'Ouest américain.

Et, à ce titre, le « marché unique », en tant qu’entreprise de démolition de l’État-Providence, a été une réussite remarquable qui mériterait qu’on lui accorde notre attention.
Le secteur du BTP (bâtiments et travaux publics) est celui où se produit le plus d’accidents du travail mortel. Rien qu’en 2023, 149 travailleurs du BTP sont morts à cause de leur travail. Eplucher les oranges, les découper en 3 tronçons puis en dés couper les olives et les oignons en tranche fines ajouter un filet de vinaigre et d'huile d'olive mélanger et voilà c'est prêt !
