'A Walk on Roseisle Beach', watercolour, 30 x 30 cm. This is a long beach close to where we live; one of the few sandy ones as most are pebbles. It is beautiful on a summer's day and just inland is Roseisle Forest, which is great for walking. The beach was defended during WW2 and the bunkers and obstacles are still there, as can be seen here. The people here are my daughter, her boyfriend and her little dog Alfie! In order to favor people of color, they will either 1) Have to pay pilots more to attract more in order to select by skin color, or 2) Accept lower quality applicants.

Logic dictates they won't do #1, so my prediction is after they crash a few billion dollar jets and kill a thousand or so passengers, they will nearly go under and then be acquired by another airline that has business sense.

You must already be a pilot with a minimum of 1000 hours. FAA requirements:
