While we hoodlums in #Minneapolis were tryna warn everyone about the mass sprouting of sketchy militia-esque private security companies in the wake of 2020, what did Democrats do? Keep the bizfash behind them appointed to their boards and tout them as an "alternative to policing"

This morning in Minnesota the chickens came home to roost. Looking at the killer's company's website (PGuards dot not), it seems less likely that he was "impersonating" a police officer - just cosplaying as one like thousands of assholes from these less-regulated private security services do every single day.

The Middle East is On Fire Because “Israeli” and U.S. Imperialism Lit the Match — BAP abolitionmedia.noblogs.org/196…

The Middle East is On Fire Because “Israeli” and U.S. Imperialism Lit the Match — BAP

Overnight, the zionist entity of Israel escalated its war of aggression against Iran by launching unprovoked attacks on the Islamic Republic. The notion that a rogue ethnostate that is currently carrying out a genocide believes that it possesses the right to determine which countries can and cannot develop a nuclear weapon is both bizarre and egregious as well as brazenly hypocritical, and further demonstrates that the State of Israel operates firmly within the structures of white “supremacy” ideology, colonialism, and imperialism. Iran, like all sovereign nations, has the right to defend itself from aggression and uphold its security in the face of repeated threats and acts of war. This stands in stark contrast to Israel, which operates a settler colonial occupation of Palestine, as well as portions of Lebanon and Syria.

The idea of Israel, the zionist occupation, claiming a moral position is absurd. And the fact that the international community continues to give Israel any credibility is a dereliction of duty and forms a vacuum of morality for all of those who do not stand resolutely against its genocide in Palestine and its attacks on Lebanon, Yemen, Syria, and Iran. Israel’s immunity granted by Western colonial nations is a further reflection of the moral gulf between these states and the vast majority of humankind that subscribes to values that uphold People(s)-Centered Human Rights, self-determination, and dignity.

Israel’s unprovoked attack is another example of the lawlessness that is fully supported by the U.S. The Black Alliance for Peace (BAP) rejects the notion that the U.S. was unaware of this attack. The U.S. had the ability to stop this attack if it was serious about containing Israel’s perpetual war crimes and disregard for international law, which is a major threat to any form of true peace. The combination of Israel’s continued genocidal assaults and ethnic cleansing against the Palestinian people, and its bombings and occupations of portions of the sovereign nations of Syria and Lebanon prove that Israel and the U.S. are the most dangerous nations in the world. Their power must be dismantled.

To conflate Israel’s actions with Jewish values is the height of antisemitism. Zionism, an ideology of white “supremacy,” must be wholly separated from Judaism’s teachings of justice, human rights, and inclusivity. Israel is no more a “Jewish state” than the U.S. is a “Christian state.” Both are violent constructs of ethnonationalism. BAP firmly rejects the conflation of Judaism with the barbarism of zionism, just as we denounce the antisemitic trope that equates zionism with Judaism itself.

Israel’s militarism further threatens global stability by spiking the price of oil by 8 percent in one night. This economic shockwave further demonstrates why we must continue linking the devastation of war with the devastation associated with the climate catastrophe that is fueled by capitalist war profiteering interests of fossil fuel cartels and the military industrial complex who both benefit from the Israeli war machine at the expense of human life and the ecosystems necessary to sustain it. Israel’s aggression is capitalism’s credit card with an unlimited spending limit.

History will remember this moment and Israel’s barbaric acts as an indelible and ignominious stain on international “law” and cooperation, people(s)-centered human rights and the basic tenets of human dignity.

In Response, BAP Demands that :

  • The UN Security Council and European Union impose immediate sanctions and consequences for Israel’s illegal acts, and institute an arms embargo.
  • The international community must expel Israel from the United Nations. It has no place among fraternal nations.
  • The international community categorically reject Israel’s fraudulent claims to jurisdiction over Iran’s lawful nuclear energy program.
  • The IAEA investigate Israel’s unregulated nuclear program with the same rigor applied to others.
  • U.S. lawmakers enforce laws prohibiting military aid to human rights violators by cutting off all arms transfers to Israel or face prosecution at the ICC and ICJ for complicity in war crimes.
  • The ICC indict and prosecute Israeli and U.S. officials for continued war crimes throughout West Asia and the lawlessness of genocide perpetuated against the Palestinian people.
  • All anti-imperialist, anti-war, pro-peace movements and organizations support Iran’s right to sovereignty, self-defense, and self-determination against Israel’s murderous aggression.

#Mondoweiss | Israel started a war with Iran, but it doesn’t know how it ends

"And yet, behind this Israeli choreography of operational tenacity lies a quieter, more subterranean logic. It is not only Iran that Israel seeks to provoke, but the United States. If Israel cannot destroy Natanz or Fordow on its own, it may still succeed in creating the conditions under which Washington feels compelled to act in its stead. This, perhaps, is the real gambit: not a direct confrontation with Iran, but the orchestration of an environment of urgency and provocation that makes American intervention — at a minimum — on the table. In other words, Israel’s military theatrics are a trap for the U.S."

The Israel:

"There is a cruel irony at play. A state that has institutionalized the destruction of homes, memories, and lives in Gaza now cries foul. It flagrantly violates every norm — legal, moral, humanitarian — only to invoke those same norms when violence reaches its own doorstep. Overnight, the architecture of impunity that it has constructed becomes the basis for grievance."

Iran Unleashes Massive Bombing Campaign on Zionist Regime, Palestine and Yemen Attack

For the second day, air raid sirens sounded across the occupied Palestinian territories on Saturday evening following missile launches from Iran, as the Zionist Home Front Command instructed settlers to remain in shelters.

The Islamic Revolution Guard Corps announced that their Aerospace forces launched a new complex operation, involving both drones and missiles.

The IRGC’s Aerospace forces used Imad, Badr, and Khaybar missiles and drones in its latest attacks on Tel Aviv and Haifa, launching a wave of attacks as part of Operation True Promise 3.

Zionist media confirmed that the Iranian missiles targeted facilities in Haifa, in the north of occupied Palestine, where loud explosions were heard across the city after several rockets struck. Fires reportedly broke out across different facilities in Haifa, including oil refineries.

The sound of air raid sirens was concentrated in Haifa and its surrounding areas, with alarms activated in the Karyot region north of the city as well as in its southern districts, while sirens also blared in al-Nasira and nearby areas, including Afula, Upper al-Jalil, and Western al-Jalil.T

The new wave of ballistic missiles was launched toward the occupation entity from multiple provinces across Iran.

Iranian state television reported that Iran had launched 100 missiles toward the occupation entity, adding that Iran’s air force was carrying out a combined attack using both ballistic missiles and drones.”

Reports claim that this is the largest Iranian missile attack targeting the occupied territories, emphasizing that information suggests that Tehran is using a new type of missile in its operation.

A massive Iranian drone and missile offensive also struck deep into occupied Palestine, with air raid sirens sounding repeatedly across various cities and settlements amid fears of continued infiltration by unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) as Iran continued its retaliation as part of Operation True Promise 3.

Multiple Iranian projectiles scored direct hits on central Tel Aviv, resulting in significant destruction, injuries, and widespread panic.

Zionist media reported that at least six sites in “Tel Aviv” were struck directly by Iranian missiles, including a high-rise tower in the greater Tel Aviv area, causing extensive damage and fires. In Bat Yam, an occupied city just south of Tel Aviv, heavy destruction was reported following direct impacts from Iranian missiles, with dozens of buildings damaged and flames engulfing several structures.

Meanwhile, emergency services have updated the casualty toll from the strikes on Bat Yam and Rehovot. In Bat Yam, 130+ people were injured and 7 killed at the time of this writing. Over 35 people were reported as being stuck under the rubble. In Rehovot, 28 were injured, including two seriously and seven moderately.

The Magen David Adom reported a severe shortage of blood units, calling for urgent blood donations among settlers in the wake of the Iranian strikes.

The Zionist emergency services reported that firefighting teams were operating in Gush Dan in central occupied Palestine as well as occupied al-Quds in a bid to extinguish the fires started by the Iranian missiles.

According to Zionist media, sirens were sounded in Bisan four times in just a few hours, following alerts of potential drone incursions. Simultaneously, residents in the Afula area south of Lake Tabarayya reported hearing explosions after Zionist warplanes scrambled to intercept drones approaching from the east.

Iranian drones swarm the occupation

One Iranian drone reportedly crashed near Afula, while additional UAVs were detected flying across occupied northern and central areas. Zionist media confirmed that sirens were also triggered in settlements south of Lake Tabarayya, as well as in Asdod, Beit Yam, and Rehovot, amid fears of further drone and missile attacks.

Explosions were heard between Netanya and Tel Aviv, with massive blasts reportedly shaking the heart of Tel Aviv itself. Reports indicate direct hits on residential buildings, with Iranian missiles striking Bat Yam and igniting fires, as well as Rehovot in central occupied Palestine.

In what Zionist commentators described as a “composite attack,” Iran deployed both ballistic missiles and kamikaze drones in synchronized waves, severely testing the occupation’s air defenses and crisis response systems and essentially spreading them thin.

At the same time, air raid sirens have been sounding almost continuously in various settlements and cities, as Iranian drones remain active in the airspace of several areas in the occupied territories. According to one Zionist media platform, “Yemen appears to be participating in the assault.”

It seems clear Yemen was firing drones and ballistic missiles in tandem.

Iran missile barrage sets fire to Weizmann Institute lab

The Weizmann Institute of Science, one of the occupation’s leading research centers, sustained damage during Iran’s missile barrage targeting central Palestine, according to The New York Times. Images shared with the paper show at least one laboratory building engulfed in flames.

Zionist media also reported that a building housing laboratories for the institute had caught on fire, leaving people stuck in the building.

Iran’s Fars News Agency has disclosed the type of missiles used in the latest round of retaliatory strikes launched by the Islamic Republic against the occupation, confirming that the projectiles were equipped with high-explosive warheads designed for precision targeting.

According to the report published Sunday, the IRGC employed tactical guided ballistic missiles in the recent attack on Tel Aviv. The missiles were identified as belonging to the Hajj Qassem class, named after the martyred commander Hajj Qassem Soleimani. These missiles are solid-fueled and highly maneuverable, making them difficult to intercept and ideal for striking specific military and strategic targets.

Fars emphasized that the warheads carried by the Hajj Qassem missiles were specially designed high-explosive payloads, used to maximize the destructive effect on carefully selected targets deep within occupied territories.

Palestinian Resistance continues attacks

The military wing of Hamas, al-Qassam Brigades, released new combat footage documenting targeted operations as part of its ongoing campaign titled David’s Stones, including a direct strike on a Merkava tank in southern Khan Younis.

According to the footage, fighters used a Yassin-105 anti-tank shell to target the tank near Abu Sharakh junction, amid continued confrontations with occupation forces along various axes of incursion. The video also showed mortar attacks on Zionist troop concentrations in multiple areas of Gaza.

In a separate operation documented by al-Qassam, fighters reportedly destroyed a bulldozer, a Bagger, using a powerful improvised explosive device (IED) in the Tel al-Zaatar area, east of Jabalia refugee camp, on May 29. The group said the blast killed the vehicle’s operator, confirming the outcome after the fighters returned safely from the combat zone.

Occupation comes under deadly ambush

Al-Qassam also revealed footage of a complex ambush carried out in al-Atatra, Beit Lahia, in northern Gaza. The operation targeted a unit barricaded inside a house, striking the site with a TBG shell, reportedly causing casualties among the Israeli force.

In the same engagement, Resistance fighters also hit another Merkava tank with a Yassin-105 and detonated an IED under a D9 bulldozer, destroying its turret and injuring its crew.

Separately, the military wing of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad movement, al-Quds Brigades, published footage of their own operation north of Khan Younis, where a military vehicle was blown up using an IED assembled from repurposed remnants of Israeli weaponry.

Al-Quds Brigades also confirmed they had detonated a minefield targeting a Zionist sapper unit east of Khan Younis on Thursday, adding to the growing number of tactical strikes against advancing occupation forces.

One Zionist soldier was killed and another was wounded in clashes with the Palestinian Resistance in Gaza on Saturday, according to Israeli media.

Occupation media reported on Saturday that an occupation soldier was killed and another critically wounded during clashes in Gaza, describing it as a “serious security incident,” as battles continue across the Strip.

This comes as Palestinian Resistance fighters continue their operations across Gaza, launching ambushes and inflicting casualties upon occupation troops.

Days earlier, the occupation army admitted that four soldiers were wounded in two separate incidents during clashes in Khan Younis, southern Gaza.

My husband is mad at me because I’ve been answering stupid protest people online. He says it’s a waste of time and no one wants your 2¢. I didn’t want a shadow president and dementia patient either. I told them it’s too bad nothing they did today changes anything and they can vote in 3 1/2 years. Maybe a bit childish but I’m so tired of stupid people not knowing what they are doing.

It was never going to be the #West that finally brought #Israel to justice. The West supports #SettlerColonialism everywhere. I hope the strikes from #Iran send a message to every #settler #colony in the #world, and everyone in #solidarity with oppressed people.

The #colonizers are being defeated in #Palestine. They will be defeated in #Aotearoa, #AbyaYala, #TurtleIsland, and everywhere else, too. The world is waking up fast from colonial ideological #indoctrination.

This may be the most important thing you'll read today.

Evanescence - Use My Voice (Official Music Video)

"Use My Voice" by Evanescence is a powerful anthem that calls for unity and empowerment. Featured on their album "The Bitter Truth," this track showcases Amy Lee's emotive vocals and the band's signature sound, blending rock with impactful lyrics. The official music video enhances the song's message, visually representing themes of strength and advocacy. Released in 2021, it highlights the band's commitment to inspiring change through their music.

Lyrics:
Cover my ears and close my eyes
Just long enough to stop the noise
Go and take everything and throw it away
But I will use my voice

Drown every truth in an ocean of lies
Label me bitch because I dare to draw my own line
Burn every bridge and build a wall in my way
But I will use my voice

Whether you like it or not, you're gonna take what I got
If we can't talk about it, we'll just keep drowning in it
Give me credit or not
I give a lot, give a lot
But don't you speak for me
No, don't you speak for me

Nevermind me, I'm a waste of your time
I'm never gonna fit in the box that you need
And I can read between the lines, yeah
Gather your friends and wave your gun in my face
But I will use my voice

Whether you like it or not, you're gonna take what I got
If we can't talk about it, we'll just keep drowning in it
Give me credit or not
I give a lot, give a lot
But don't you speak for me
No, don't you speak for me

Whether you like it or not
Whether you like it or not
Whether you like it or not
Whether you like it or not
One day soon it's gonna fall back on you
No more lies, we're gonna break right through
Like it or not

If we can't talk about it, we'll just keep drowning in it
Give me credit or not
I give a lot, give a lot
But don't you speak for me

No, don't you speak for me
Whether you like it or not
Don't you speak for me!
