Not too long after Joan River's claims, she mysteriously passed away allegedly during surgery. Maybe this also explains the heavy push for certain dangerous ideologies plaguing our society. Have you noticed that all of the celebrities' children are all of a sudden "transgender" now?

Elon's father, along with many other celebrities, has claimed to know that Michelle Obama is really not a woman. Nobody cares what she does. But what we do care about is the truth.

I use hledger for accounting. It's actually pretty awesome. It's 100% text based. I made a custom syntax file for nvim.

I use typst and hledger for the invoicing. Typst is text based like latex, though easier to program imo. Because both hledger and typst are text based, I made a script and typst template that can do a number of things:

1. Make invoices with time based billing by time keeper (time is kept in sqlite, but converted to ssv for running invoices).

2 . Invoice advance costs paid for clients.

3. Provide trust accounting for clients with trust account.

4. Calculate past dues with interest

5. Sub-sum each table

6. Sum total due (minus amounts to be paid from trust).

7. Print invoices to be mailed.

8. Print envelopes for each client who has an invoice to me mailed.

9. Produces a script for emailed invoices, when ran sends the emails with the invoice attached.

10. Produce hledger journal entries for invoices.

11. Move each invoice into the each clients file.

My invoicing time went from about 10 hours using quickbooks, etc. to about 1 hour. The script and template took about 4 hours to write. That's a net savings over time.

@kurt @Zennblack yes, it is more than half-way West from the east-west direction of the state. As I said, around 130 miles from Spokane (I live just North of Seattle, my father when he was alive lived in Yakima, my wife's father and many of my cousins are in the Spokane area, so traveled this route many times. Almost every summer there are forest fires in the Lake Chelan area, used to have some friends with a cabin on Lakeside property, somehow they managed to avoid having it burn down but many around them not so lucky.

Most of my content creation over the next few months will be focused on our KKK project. We will include European history topics, but the overall theme will be more about our American ethnicity, a domestic nationalism. We love Hitler, but we want to show why he's relevant to Americans by exploring our native culture. We intend it to be a rich experience for the eyes and ears, and also teach some skills.

Léon Blum (1872–1950) was a French socialist politician and lawyer who served as Prime Minister of France, most notably leading the Popular Front government from 1936 to 1937. As leader of the French Socialist Party (SFIO), he was a key figure in the left-wing coalition that included socialists, communists, and radicals, winning the 1936 elections. His government introduced significant reforms, including the 40-hour workweek, paid holidays, and collective bargaining rights, known as the Matignon Agreements. Blum, a Jew, faced intense anti-Semitism and political opposition, particularly from the far-right. He briefly served again as Prime Minister in 1938 and 1946. During World War II, he was arrested by the Vichy regime, tried in 1942, and deported to Buchenwald, but survived. Blum was a prominent intellectual, advocating democratic socialism and humanism.

Women gained the right to vote in France in 1944, with the ordinance of April 21, 1944, issued by the provisional government under Charles de Gaulle, granting women suffrage. They first voted in the 1945 municipal elections.

I've been feeling pretty aimless and depressed lately. I've been mostly just playing video games. I think finishing God's Disdain, something I worked on for nearly a decade, just destroyed me a little bit. Now I have to start something new and that's been really hard. I'm still burned out with game dev but I do still want to make another game. Plenty more, actually. I was thinking of maybe starting a video game review channel since I'm playing a lot of games, or writing a book because I am a petty good writer, or creating some new music for another album. All of these ideas floating around my head but I'm finding it hard to just pick something and dedicate myself to it.

Part of me is also wondering if it's okay to just chill out for a bit, like I released this thing (and it didn't do well at all but that's beside the point) so now I should take a rest and let myself take some time off. There's that tugging at the back of my skull to keep working on stuff though and I can't get rid of it.

Recommendations for an Offline Music Player That Supports Synced Lyrics

Hi folks,

Recently, I started to listen to music locally instead of using streaming services because I have had enough of all the annoying parts of it. I gathered a lot of Opus and FLAC files that have lyrics embedded in them. I am searching for some music players that can display them. The one I am using right now is Elisa. It is awesome, but I would still like to know if there are more alternatives, just in case. Thanks!

@Max_Imum @tj, don't be too hard on her. I live in the south and recipes are a secret to many. People will not pass them down but maybe to 1 person that they wont feel will replace them. Maybe that is what makes them feel like they are valuable, maybe that is one of the only things they feel like they can uniquely contribute, so if they give that up, what value are they to the family
