17 year olds should not be sent to war. Generally speaking maturity improves with age, yes there are people who are mature for their age or immature for their age, but laws have to be based on generalities because there is no test you can give to determine if someone is "mature enough" to vote, etc. It's pretty damned for sure they aren't going to be mature enough to decide their sex at three years of age. For that matter, my opinion is anyone who "decides" their sex rather than accepting what God gave them is mentally deficient, perhaps not immature but not rational either.

@Robert Dinse dear Robert, you seem to care a lot. Personally, I care if people care, because that in itself is the human factor. Now, I could spin up a response, but I'm trying to practice economy of language. More importantly, it seems like you read over a lot of my words, so I have to keep pouring. If all that happens is we both get drunk on our own arguments, then all is lost.

As an exercise, imagine Imagine that it's the opposite and instead the rules are to blame. You can still be right, maybe half of what you say is true and caused by the culture created by law--but for the other half try to consider a world where other humans have seen truth from a better angle. For each point in the list, imagine the world where both 1) the critique is wrong and the "liberals" are right and 2) where the law is causing the problem. 2.1) can the libs and rites both be right? 2.2) could no-law have a better impact? Before I post further replies, I need to know that you care enough to match an intellectual challenge.

oh right b/c age=experience=best knowledge? look at the world bro, your certitude only ensures defeat. when was the last time intersex politics were addressed as a biological issue: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Intersex

I'm not defending the liberals here...I'm saying regularly children are born with both penis and vagina and a doctor decides their gender for them. If you believe in evolution, should we not let these children grow and decide for themselves?
