DIY Flu/Cold Tea Ball Bombs
Ingredients:
1/4 cup raw honey
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon ground turmeric
2 cups herbal tea mix (chamomile, ginger, or lemon)
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Silicone molds (for shaping)
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, combine raw honey, fresh lemon juice, ground turmeric, ground cinnamon, and ground black pepper. Stir until thoroughly mixed.
Gradually add the herbal tea mix to the bowl, stirring until the mixture reaches a sticky, dough-like consistency.
Firmly press the mixture into silicone molds, ensuring they are packed tightly.
Freeze the molds for 1-2 hours or until the tea bombs are solid.
Remove the tea bombs from the molds and store them in an airtight container in the freezer.
To enjoy, drop one tea bomb into a cup of hot water, stir well, and sip for soothing comfort.
