Maybe, just maybe, western leaders are not the spineless creatures they seem to be. Maybe they're just afraid that there are mossad agents in their towns, ready to launch drones to assassinate them and their families if they don't follow Netanyahu's dictates. The last two years taught us that Israel was a nation of blood-thirsty assassins who operate with little to no moral or ethical constraints.

Unlikely, but less depressing than believing that we're ruled by monsters in suits and ties.
