I can't see the future, but it seems pretty clear that China is going to wipe the floor with the US in the next decade technologically, and 75% of that is just us doing it to ourselves driven by idiots, racists, arrogant techbros, protectionists, and simplistic nationalism.

No idea how Europe is going to do, but...

@Chris Petrilli Just like they wiped the floor in our recent confrontation in the South China Sea (not!), yea I don't think so, I think Risc-V is interesting, and I look forward to cheap Chinese CPU's based upon it making cheap CPU horsepower available, but I hardly think that translates into wiping the floor.
