@Robin Well I do find it interesting that they put the fence around the Capital building with the razor wire on the inside and the links on the out. In other words it is oriented to keep people in and not out. And then you have all the military check points around DC, they are checking people leaving not coming.

@Robin what makes it legally an attack on the United States is foreign countries involvement, and so far the government of Italy has admitted involvement, a military raid in Germany has proven involvement there, and Spain, UK, and China have all been implicated.
