@Theaitetos (Рцяэыоод) No it's not fake, you got an aging population with not enough youngsters to care for them, it's a recipe for disaster and it WILL manifest itself as such in time, and unfortunately thanks to the death vax and the resulting sterilization of the rest of the world, this scenario is no longer going to be restricted to China. But it is going to affect China about twenty years before it affects everyone else.

Totally overblown: China is an economic powerhouse, giving them the ability to sustain their elderly without much problem. Besides, Chinese elders aren't like Baby-Boomers who live from social security and spending their kids' inheritance; quite the opposite, they are frugal, used to hardship, and take good care of themselves. I've been to China, and every morning when I walked to school I saw all the elders outside on the streets doing gymnastics (and not a single obese person in sight).
