@108madhuri Is there more than one high court in New Zeland? I'm not familiar with their legal system. I assume "high court" was equivalent to our Supreme Court. As for documentation, I assume you know how to use Google or Swisscows.ch if google censors it.

Well, yes, i should look it up myself.
Anyone can put up a post like this. Doesn't mean it is true.
I have family in NZ, hence a personal interest in this matter..

@108madhuri Nor does it mean it's false. Many people don't have the time to research each and everything they come across but feel it might be interesting to others or stir intelligent comment from those in more position to know, such as New Zelanders.

They seem to have a high court and a supreme court.
All case can be looked up on a website.
In the last years some cases related to the subject have been filed and heard.
As far as I can see, after only a short look through, all these (recent) cases failed.

@108madhuri Well it helps to use the correct search engine, one problem with Google is they scrub anything antivax and that includes sites that rely on their database such as duckduchgo.com, so in this case swisscows.ch with the US search turned off, is the ticket. I will look into it in the morning (bedtime now)
I used Brave as a search engine ...
Apart from a official website that lists All court cases in NZ, all other articles I found were from May 21.. Like the one in your link.

I'll leave it for Tomorrow,,

@108madhuri I know tailcat has their own index but I do not know if they censor it.
