Yea washin... I actually moved here for political reasons. Legal cannabis. But, I never counted on covid stupidity. It really didn't matter that much before what the political climate was in an area, then covid. I grew up in TX and I graduated High School in Florida and I've been considering going back ever since I got here. It's why they've been going so hard at him on the MSM for weeks now. It's a little obvious they are scared shitless of him.

Legal weed though...still worth it!!! lol

I moved to San Diego in '94 and a quarter was 120. In the mid 2000s it was 50. I find that it's still about 60 an eighth now here, so about the same as 25 years ago, but only if you shop for discounts, like myself. A tad higher if you don't, so if you took the taxes away it's way cheaper. But, the gov has to screw up actual capitalism at ever opportunity.

In the 90s in SD I only bought what they called 'Kind Buds', which was pretty much the same quality as now, better actually. Outdo. That can't be beat really. I went there about 1.5 ago and puffed some, and I still think that was better than most legalized herb around here. The effect is the same, but that Golden Triangle bud from NO Cal is sweet, or fruity actually, which I prefer over the skunkier stuff in the stores.

nice. Wonder why it's more here, it's not that far away. But, I stick with the 'top shelf' stuff, as they call it. It's the 'Kind' equivalent, and that's what I prefer. I was getting anything when I first got here, because it all looked like kind bud, so well manicured, and I thought wow it's gotten so much cheaper, but it wasn't' the same. So I stick with the top shelf stuff now.

I've been a recreational fan for many decades but I've become a medical customer as well for the last 5-6 years. Sativa has an antispasmodic in it, it stops muscle spasms, much better than prescription meds can. And a doctor was the one that said that, of course, after I said it helped. lol

It seems to be the terpenes that actually make the difference. Gelato 41 specifically is the perfect mix for me. Medically speaking. Sativa dominant hybrids are what I prefer because I need the sativa, but I like the Indica. The place I go to has some GMO Indica's, I get the 32%. But, when they have it I get the 39 percent, which is the highest I've seen, but they don't have that one regularly enough.

Of course Oregon weighs it right in front of you out of a bottle. Everywhere else you buy a prefilled bottle that has a weight on it, a weight I know for sure will not be the same in just a day, much less the month earlier that some bottles were weighed.

That's why going by SD a while back was so nice. Black market herb lose and fragrant. Apparently they have not actually been able to shut down the black market there. Which is good in my opinion.

Kind Bud you mean Kine Bud

I think that is where it came from also, it was Southern California and the surfer culture, which originated in Hawaii. so probably so, but they did say kind. Of maybe they were saying kine! hmmm Probably kine.
