If you think that the only thing wrong with the USA is that now they have a fascist president and a boer head eunuch, then let me tell you you're part of the problem. 4 months ago they had a Liberal government and they were funding and facilitating a genocide, passing legislation against "domestic terrorism", arming proxies on endless wars, and so on.

So no, Cheeto Mussolini and his sidekick Apartheid Emeralds boy are a symptom, not the illness.

The illness is called capitalism.

It's as if Americans got tired of having a government that constantly, and in a self-embarrassing and self-conscious way, bombed, pillaged, maimed and murdered people all over the world, so half the voters got tired of that situation and elected a government that does the very same things but while boasting and bragging about it, and now that half feels Ok about maiming and murdering and the other half of voters desperately wants to go back to the days of self-conscious shame.
@argumento There are massive benefits to the capitalist system in terms of efficient distribution and usage of resources, there are also some disadvantages, such as whatever is profitable people are going to do it, be it selling fentynal or weapons of war. Socialism doesn't work, over-regulated capitalism doesn't work, under-regulated capitalism doesn't work. Real worlds suck.

@nanook

Point number one, socialism does work.

Point number two, no mater how much the rich industrialized countries benefit from their wealth, the working classes will ALWAYS be poorer than the ruling class, and that disparity will ALWAYS tend to grow.

@argumento If we aren't benefiting then why are all the illegals coming to our country from elsewhere? It is self evident that we are, but we are also suffering under monopolies like Monsanto that corrupt our food, or drug companies like Pfiezer that poison our bodies and charge 10,000x the cost of production to do so.
