So much bullshit.. There are two things contributing to the driver shortage, well actually three in Californicatia, the first two are 1) The prohibition against owner operators accessing ports, 2) The vax requirement on large companies. And in Californicatia, there is a 3rd. the prohibition against trucks more than ten years old.
