You will get individuals who override their own genetic programming for a while, but these are by in large going to be the unsuccessful, and not the rich or those aspiring to be that this policy attempts to target. And when dealing with mate choices you're not just dealing with genetics you're also dealing with matters of the heart, another human area that has proven less than malleable.
