Not sure this is accurate, since looks like it is missing various little wars Americans had with Libya etc. in mid-80s, invasion of Grenada etc. America was active with lots of little operations in 80s, no way someone born in 70s have spent ~60% of their lives without a war. In fact, it's pretty much over 50% for a 50y old when you include Kosovo etc. in 90s, and invasion and bombing of Sudan etc. by Clinton.
