This morning onboard the Rainbow Warrior III, we commemorated the 40th anniversary of the sinking of the Rainbow Warrior I and the death of our colleague and friend, photographer Fernando Pereira. Together with Ngāti Whātua Ōrākei, we held a dawn ceremony to reflect on that moment, and to acknowledge the importance of the fight for a nuclear-free Pacific, which continues to this day. #nzpol
