Never ate Spam before, but Costco had the low-sodium version on sale, and I’ve had good luck with canned meat as a cheap source of protein lately. So I picked some up.
Turns out a serving is 1/6 of one of those tiny little cans, and the low-sodium version is still 25% of your daily sodium RDA per serving.
So WTF do I do with it? Only thing I can think of is mince it and put it in a soup with no other salt. I'll probably just put it away as emergency rations for the apocalypse.
