There are issues for which we need answers, and the proper answers lie on neither side of the isle but Liberals were unwilling to have a discussion as long as they wielded power. It is my hope now that Conservatives will, as they have in the past, been willing to have an actual discussion and we can arrive at some workable solutions. The economy, a pure uncontrolled capitalistic economy is subject to abuse, a pure socialist economy is historically only a path to mass poverty and starvation. Also throughout most of history man has built upon the shoulders of his predecessors, but the totally out of control intellectual property laws make that impossible today and thus have seriously stunted human growth. I think we need to invent a better way forward. It may have elements of the old ways but none of the old ways in pure form are without their problems.
