From my ongoing series of animals that live in a German animal shelter...

Chibi

Another cat caught with a live trap on a farm where the cat population was getting out of hand. Chibi also already had a litter of kittens there. She is still very shy, but is making visible progress since she has been at the shelter. For treats and games she overcomes her shyness more and more often.

The intention of my posts is not to find people that adopt those pets. This German animal shelter accepts only local adoptions and has a very good placement rate. My intention is to raise awareness for all those beautiful pets in the shelters out there waiting for you to be their hero. Go to your nearest animal shelter to find your new pet. Adopt! Don't shop!

It's amazing that all domestic breeds of cats with the exception of a few very recent cross breedings with wild cats, descend from one African wild cat species given the extreme diversity among them.
@V. T. Eric Layton Like I always say in my posts: "Go to your nearest animal shelter to find your new pet." I'm sure they have beauties too!
Both my cats and dog are all rescues, cats from Paws, Dog from Dobberman Rescue.
@V. T. Eric Layton @Nanook For sure both of you will be rewarded daily. And bossed around too! 😉 lol
@Justin Pletzfeld @V. T. Eric Layton They are both not so bossy but they are imps.
