I am afraid, @Nanook, that my take on this is different. (1) The "edits" do not make you miss any of the text. They only stop you from pondering what has just been said (-- for the fear of missing the beginning of the following sentence). (2) Just for the sake of an exercise, would you mind putting in a sentence or two what it is about present education in the clip that you wholeheartedly agree with? (3) I would say that the young lady is making up her "portfolio" to get on with her career in content enhancement.
@Umbra Catti I would suggest then that she improve her editing skills. I'm glad you do not find them distractive, I do. They make me focus on the poor edits instead of what was said.
