I'm pretty much convinced 99.9% of both parties are psychopaths as are the majority of the people (I use the term loosely) who occupy various high level appointed positions.
What would make a warm, sincere person want to go into politics? And would that be the right characteristics to punch their way all the way to the top?
@Christian Bredlow 🌿 You know in Washington we have a Governor, Jay Inslee, who started as a state representative and had a local office half a mile from me and I used to drop in and talk to him fairly often. He was quite a well intended and decent person in the beginning, but now he is a libtard tyrant dictator whom I can't stand. The old saying is absolute power corrupts absolutely and I'm not seeing too many exception to this.
I know similar things from my former job as a journalist. You need a few specific skills to defend and improve your place. Those who are successful are often those who forget their original morals.
