Sorry there was about half an hour of downtime owing to the instructions not telling me I also had to update addons but old addons were incompatible.

I run a friendica node, friendica.eskimo.com/, now that we are approaching 1000 users, I'm starting to experience some issues with abuse, particularly with spammers. It is not at all clear to me how I can identify the IP address a spammer account is created from and block that address and/or subnet as necessary. Can anyone enlighten me?
