I see what the United States and NATO are trying to do in the Ukraine no less a threat to Russia, then Russia threatened us by putting nuclear missiles in Cuba.
As a United States citizen I can clearly see Russia's legitimate interest in this matter and if I were in Putin's place I would do whatever I needed to to end this threat.
