On the other hand, from the progress I've seen KDE are among the better positioned to change that, so who knows. Prepping for a Kubuntu LTS?

The amount of U-235 enrichment required for peaceful light water reactors is 3-5%, the amount required for weapons is 90%, Iran had enriched Uranium-235 to 60%, not enough for weapons in the next couple of weeks as Israel has alleged but clearly their goals their aren't peaceful.
Iran has sponsored terrorist organizations throughout the region, they've repeatedly referred to the USA as The Great Satan, and they've chanted Death to America, therefore as risky as this was, I see the reasoning behind it BUT it would have made more sense to allow the upcoming set of negotiations to happen and IF and ONLY IF those failed, proceed with this action.
I won't pretend not to understand their hatred for Israel, given Israels shooting six year old kids for standing in line for food, bombed hospitals, schools, etc, and frankly I feel the same way, and I understand that they don't like us for former CIA regime change operations.
