I stumbled across this song on a Facebook post, never heard of it before but
it really tugged at my heart strings and I thought perhaps someone else may
appreciate it.

Nice song. When I first moved to Seattle I got into the Folk Music scene. (I dated a rather well-known folk singer in the Seattle scene--Heidi Muller--back in 1980.) I got to know lots of folkies and many were excellent. This song reminded me how much I miss that music scene.

It is one aspect of this region that seems like a blessing. The music scene has consistently been vibrant all of my life. What is it like down in Guatemala?

@Robert Dinse There was virtually nothing when I lived on Lake Atitlan. Here in Guatemala City I think there is some interesting stuff (including a place called Jazz Cafe just a few blocks away) but once I got settled, covid-19 struck. We'll see.

Yea this has been no fun, if there is anything I'm really missing with this epidemic, live music is it.
