Dynamics 365 Business Central, previously known as Microsoft Dynamics NAV (or Navision), is an all-in-one business management solution, designed for organizations who have outgrown their initial accounting software. As a successor of Dynamics NAV, Business Central brings rich functionalities together with the flexibility of the Cloud, though of course an on-premise version is available to those who prefer it. It includes a full stack of accounting and financial management capabilities, as well as sales, marketing and service module, project management, supply chain, inventory and operations management. Business Central provides both ERP and limited CRM capabilities to small and midsized businesses, all integrated with Microsoft Office 365. It can be simple or customized to meet specific industry needs using PowerApps, Microsoft Flow and Power BI.

Kernel Upgrade Oct 28th 11PM PDT (GMT-0700)

Posted on October 27, 2022

Starting at 11PM, I will be performing a kernel upgrade to linux-6.0.5 on all machines requiring reboots of all Eskimo North machines. This process should be completed by about 11:30PM. With the exception of yacy.eskimo.com/, no service should be down more than about ten minutes. Yacy will take longer because it rebuilds it’s index every time it is restarted and this takes approximately 45 minutes.

This affects all of Eskimo North’s services, virtual private servers, shared web hosting, shell servers, e-mail, and public cloud services including friendica.eskimo.com/, hubzilla.eskimo.com/, nextcloud.eskimo.com/, and yacy.eskimo.com/.

The 6.0 kernel has performed exceptionally well, but there is a bug that causes squashfs to fail after some time and this breaks snap applications (which are kind of broken by definition anyway). This principally affects Firefox on Ubuntu. I have been testing 6.0.3 on my workstation and this appears to be fixed, so hopefully it will remain fixed in 6.0.5. There is also a bug that causes a splat on boot-up on centos7 and scientific linux 7, but it does not affect the machines operationally and will not be corrected until 6.2.x according to the developers.

Real Covid Data

Here we go, I hope the law suits start flying. The original Wuhan Strain of Covid-19 had an overall death rate of .037% for people 0-59, and 60-69 it was slightly less than .1%. The average annual flu death rate is .1% so even for geriatrics the death rate was only approximately equivalent to the annual flu, yet we suffered this huge invasion of our rights, our bodily autonomy, and our economic well being. Why? Well obviously so they could kill a lot more of us with their fucking clot shots and Bill Gates, Anthony Fauci, Moderna, and Pfiezer could get richer.

What the Un-Vaxed Had to Deal With

... but we're still alive, with good hearts, and our souls are still ours.
in reply to Nanook

I heard on a radio station here in France (but I don't have any material trace, it's just a memory) a funeral director who noted a big increase in mortality, and especially on young people (he said that for thirty years it was the first time he had two 16 year olds die of heart problems in the same week).
He did not "dare" to make any connection with the injections. I know that the zeteticians say "correlation is not causality", but well,..

Long Covid

A very good discussion of long covid for those who like to get to the scientific basis of things. I was fortunate in that my diabetes not only didn't get worse, it actually improved slightly and kidneys also did not get worse.

@Dwayne Parsons I'll add that if you know anything about me, you know I'm unvaxxed, I have had covid, it was a moderate head cold for me, and I understand that MRNA does get encoded into DNA via the enzyme reverse-transcriptase, so unless I were suffering some serious genetic disease that was going to be treated by such, I would not put MRNA from a foreign source into my body. Between that and evidence that the vaccine has killed far more people than the virus, I'm not a proponent. That doesn't mean I find the concept of vaccines inherently bad, I do find the MRNA approach inherently bad, and mucking with the immune system is something that should not be done except for very severe threats, Polio vaccines were in my view justified, few of the others are, certainly not these dumb vaccines for chickenpox, measles, flu, basically shit every child gets and generally survives. And to the degree that these important ones are given at all, they should ALWAYS be given individually with several months separating them, never ever as a trivalent vaccine which are associated with autism, neurological disorders, and auto-immune issues that single vaccines aren't, and never under the age of two when the immune system is not sufficiently developed to not be damaged by them. That's just my take, not a doctor just a severe science nerd, but anyone who spends anytime doing research from legitimate sources such as nih.gov would be hard pressed not to come to similar conclusions.
