I apologize for all the test messages.
I had a situation here where I could see other peoples posts, they could see mine, I could see posts I posted on friendica if I read them on hubzilla but I could not see them on friendica.
Finally found I somehow manage to ignore myself, not sure how but I was able
to edit with mysql and remove the ignored flag after much chasing my tail.

These are all federated (part of the fediverse) social network services and cloud services. We do not censor anything legal, you will not be deplatformed because your opinion doesn't agree with MSM.
Unlike Minds, Pocketnet, Gab, Parlor, and Rumble, we own our own servers and address space. We don't offer tokens or any other artificial rewards for participation.
Our paid services include Linux shell accounts with both ssh text access and X2go, VNC, RDP, and Guacamole (web based) remote console access including sound on about 12 different flavors of Linux. One account gets you access to all flavors. For a free trial account, sign up here:

We also offer virtual private servers and web hosting around. Our web hosting serves Wordpress and other CME based websites faster than anything else I've tested, I encourage you to test yourself and compare.
All shell accounts also include e-mail under eskimo.com, eskimo.net, or yellow-snow.net and access to Usenet News.
Our shell servers all have Linux development facilities for many different languages.

Kinda wondered. Did all the IRC cos. get gobbled up? I bet IRC connected more people to artists they never heard of than any other media, including radio. And if you found something you liked, the person's list had all the info. You didnt have to try & write it down before you forgot it. I bought more CDs in those download years in the late 90s than I ever had. & quit immediately when they started sueing grandmothers & babies for having d/l'd music go across their AOL account (usually without their knowledge.)
How about video or podcast hosting? Ive been thinking of doing that - bible podcasts with a contrarian viewpoint. Cpanel?

Maintenance is completed and everything is back up and running. We had some issues with both the mail server and the web server not automatically mounting all disk file systems and swap partitions so I had to go around to each machine and check these things.
friendica.eskimo.com/, hubzilla.eskimo.com, and nextcloud.eskimo.com/ are all operational.
E-mail and all web hosting is operational.
Shell servers are all operational.

We will be performing another round of kernel updates on April 22, 2021 starting at 11pm. Also at this time we’ll be taking mail down for some additional time in order to increase the amount of RAM. This should only take a few additional minutes. The logs are indicating some memory pressure during peak times, not enough to result in swap usage but enough to reclaim buffers early which hurts performance.
All of our hosting, shell, and email servers will be affected between 11PM and approximately 11:30PM though the individual downtime for any one of them should be ten minutes or less.
Also affected are our fediverse sites friendica.eskimo.com/, hubzilla.eskimo.com/, and nextcloud.eskimo.com/.

Having so much fun tonight, tried to install the latest and greatest wine
from winehq, it didn't work well with winamp so de-installed, but something went
wrong with apt and it deleted half the operating system.
After spending about three hours re-installing missing pieces and still not
getting everything to work, I've given up and am restoring from backups. Argh!

So far there have been incidents of neurological damage with Pfiezer, Moderna, Astra-Xenica, and Johnson and Johnson vaccines.
Further, 1/3rd of people who recover from Covid-19 have some degree of neurological damage.
This leads me to believe some part of the spike protein being expressed by the virus itself and by the vaccines MUST either directly be responsible for this neurological damage or results in the immune system doing neurological damage.
There isn't much else in common with the virus itself and all four vaccines.
It seems the appropriate course of action is to determine what aspect is causing this damage and eliminate it from the vaccines before condemning more people to this damage.

@Robert Dinse some Corona family viruses enter the cell via an endosome. it's not believed that this is a significant route in SARS-Cov2.
and, there are other considerations when choosing an epitope, other than 'spiky looking thing' ... you want something unique to the virus and distinct from most human proteins. granted, the spike probably has some of those. like you said in another comment, the spike has several potential epitopes. maybe one of them is problematic for human immune systems.
I just think that a bit more research should have been done on this.
I made the announcement some time ago that I was going to move nextcloud. This is because in it’s old location it’s .htaccess conflicted with WordPress .htaccess when it came to well-known web addresses. To resolve this, I gave NextCloud it’s own hostname.
The OLD URL was: eskimo.com/nextcloud/
The NEW URL is: nextcloud.eskimo.com/
Please update your devices and any links to reflect the NEW URL. Some devices may not properly follow the redirect.
I’ve also updated to version 20.0.9 which is the current stable release. I am also installing and configuring a bunch of new applications including connectors to other fediverse social media.

Kernel upgrades completed without any major incidents at 11:38 PM. Everything was mostly up by 11:15 PM, the remaining time was just checking NFS mounts and such.
friendica.eskimo.com/ and hubzilla.eskimo.com/ are available.

I am planning another kernel upgrade this Friday April 16th starting at 11pm. If all goes well it should be concluded by 11:30pm. If it does not, it may be as late as 12:30pm.
These upgrades will affect virtually all of our services including friendica.eskimo.com/ and hubzilla.eskimo.com/ Fediverse social media sites.
There is some issue with the current grub that is sometimes causing the update after installing a new kernel to fail requiring manual intervention.

Moderna and Pfiezer have killed 2,200+ people between them and injured 145,000 but J&J has killed one and injured six in 7 million stabs and THEY are stopped while the others continue killing people. WTF?
I mean I KNOW Bill Gates owns CDC, WHO, and Mr. Biden, but common man!

Unfortunately, the climate and latitude of Canada makes the sun kind of tricky. We just had 6-8 months of winter where your skin has turned white from no sun and wearing clothes. Now you want to be outside so much that it causes a sunburn pretty easily. Going from 0-100 is not fun for your body.
I think a blend would be helpful. Maybe 30 minutes of nude/semi-nude sunbathing and then lather up the sunscreen after that. I never had much of a problem with sunburns when I lived in Texas on my face and other areas. Now that I'm up near Canada, I'm having a lot of problems with sunburns.
Listening to BBC news, Ted Volker former diplomat, talking about US involvement in Ukraine and one thing they mentioned is the possibility of US providing Patriot Missile system.
Knowing that Biden owns a large amount of stock in Raytheon I wondered, who makes Patriot Missiles? Guess who! Raytheon!

If black people really have an issue with white band aids, then as far as I am concerned they can just make all the band aids black because I really don't give a shit if they match my skin color or not.

Maybe you can help me remember there was a male duo, loosely associated with the Beatles, I liked them a lot & cant remember their names at all. Seems like Peter or Gordon. Sumthin.
