I am planning on an i9-10940x based system, 14 cores, 28 threads, 256GB (the increased memory is needed most but more CPU won't hurt either) and reportedly over-clockable to 5Ghz IF I can find adequate cooling and there in lies the rub.

I've found a unit that can dissipate this much heat but the reviews says it is prone to corrosion and garbage after six months.
